Arrival Story:
Ollie was a homeless kitten who was being boarded by our local cattery. We had our other cat Abigail there whilst we were on holiday. When we went to pick her up we saw Ollie, who looked like a small black tennis ball with legs. The rest is history and Ollie came home with us...... Abbie was not best pleased with this.

Bio:
Ollie is named after Ole Gunner Solskjear, who plays for Manchester United, because he is small and quick, just like him! Ollie had a mystery accident on his first New Years Eve. He was found outside with blood on his nose after lying in the rain for hours. We thought we'd lose him, but after calling the emergency vet on new years day he was admitted to hospital. His x-ray was fine and no sign of being hit by a car, then they thought he had been poisoned, then they thought it was a virus..... we will never know, but thank goodness for pet insurance! Ollie is now fine but his character has changed. He loves attention, but only when he wants it, and he doesn't like going out, which is fine as he now has his own room upstairs so never has to. He is a grumpy little wotsit, but we love him :)

A clean litter tray? Where?

Mummy has changed my litter recently.
She took my litter tray upstairs and put it on the landing, whilst she very kindly got on her hands and knees and washed the floor of my room with disinfectant.
Moving across the floor until she finished at my dirty tray, she picked it up and turned round to get the clean tray.

Except it wasn't clean anymore.... mwah ha haaaa!

She wasn't upset though, just pleased I used a tray rather than the clean laundry basket.
Tis true, there is nothing like a Mothers love ;)

Ok, Mummy thought she would try and get me more active.

Actually I see nothing wrong with just eating, sleeping and pooping, but she tries bless her.

So... she bought me 4 little plastic balls with bells inside.

Did I touch them? No. Did I even notice them? No. Did I run in the other direction when Mummy rolled them across the floor? Yes.

Until today!
Mummy had had a hard day, she's been very tired and upset lately so went for a lie down before Daddy came home. Unfortunately for her she didn't quite click the bedroom door shut. So I thought it was a great time to test the balls.... all of them, round and round the bedroom floor whilst she was trying to rest. I have the ability to sound like a herd of elephants if I try.... and today did try.... very hard.

Needless to say Mummy is now downstairs with a large drink.
She must be celebrating the fact I'm playing with my new toy :)
