Mommy and Daddy keep our litterbox in the basement, but last week they went to work and the basement door was shut! My sister Paquin and I tried to open the door, but we couldn't. We had to "go" real bad, so we peed on the rug by the front door. We figured that was the best place to go since Mom & Dad can wash it easily in the machine. THEN - I had to go poop, so I did it in the bathroom sink! I couldn't believe it, but Mommy was actually happy that I did it there, Mommy said, "I can clean that real easy!" Mommy kept apologizing and felt sorry for us that we couldn't get to our box. I'm glad she wasn't mad!
