I just don't know!

Who is this Phoenix cat?!?! And what is she doing in MY house?!?! She is getting all the attention of mommy and daddy and frankly... I am tired of it! I have already expressed my extreme disapproval of the situation but nobody seems to be listening. I have hissed, growled, and even charged with claws out. What else can I do?

Is it possible that I may just have to accept it and move on? What happens if I just can't get used to her? I don't see it happening anytime soon but it may be possible that we become friends. I just don't know why mommy and daddy would want another kitty. Aren't Shadow and I good enough? We'll just have to take it slow. One day at a time.. that's all we can do...

The head honchos at Catster HQ actually chose me to be COTW! Who would of thought?? I have always dreamed of being COTW or even COTD but never thought it would happen! Thanks soooo much Catster HQ! Mommy got so excited when she found out that she nearly fell outta her chair. It was hilarious!!

Why do they leave us?

During the time when the sun shines most brightly through the windows mommy and daddy always leave us alone for a couple sun rises and sun sets. They always come back for sure but where are they going? Why do they leave us? They always look more relaxed and always come back smelling like fish which I love! They sometimes change color too. They both look red and feel hotter when I cuddle with them. Mommy says the stove is hot but I don't think they would go to a stove...? Anyways, Shadow and I are always sooo excited when they come back home. We both meow and purr and rub all over them. We miss them so much when they are gone and they tell us they missed us so much too. Mommies mommy comes over to feed us and give Shadow her medicine twice a day when they are gone but we like the way mommy makes our food better. She understands us more I think. Well, till next time.

Kitty gas!

I was takin a nap on mommy's lap today and she woke me up laughing. I couldn't hear her because I am deaf but I did feel her shaking. She was looking at me and holding her nose. I think I must have tooted in my sleep. I do that on accident sometimes and everybody seems to leave the room when I do. Why is that? I know when daddy goes and sits down on that while porcelain thing I want to leave the room but I do not smell like that..... do I? Must have been somethin I ate... Hey, well Shadow gets pretty bad kitty gas too.. HAHA!

Bloodie Poopie!

Oh my goodness! Mommy is gonna be mad at me. I poopied on the carpet today and she's gonna see it. I tried to cover it up but I don't wanna get that nasty stuff on my paws. Eww. That would just be nasty! I notice in my little poopie that there is a little glob of blood. It's looks almost like a big bloody booger. Double gross. Now mommy is not only gonna be mad, she's gonna be worried. What do I do? I know she's gonna take me to the vet. I hope I am okay.... ^..^

What's wrong with Shadow?

Shadow seems to be acting weird lately. A couple nights ago she was on the floor asleep near me and all of a sudden she just jumped up and ran around in a couple circles. Then she fell over on her side and started kicking and hissing and jerking around alot. She looked like she was in a lot of pain. I didn't know what to do so I just stayed back and mommy handled her. She rushed over to Shadow and began watching her intently and stroking her back. I was scared but soon Shadow became normal again. She was walking around for a while kind of bumping into things. I watched her for about an hour and then went back to sleep when mommy turned the lights out again. I don't know what's happening to her but she did it again last night. Mommy always looks really worried when she does that. I feel sorry for Shadow. I hope that she is okay. I see mommy and daddy talking to her when she does that. I wonder what they are telling her. I tell Shadow I love her all the time. I hope she gets to be with me for a long time.
