Crossing Rainbow Bridge

Please say a prayer for my Mommy (in Germany), and my Grandpa who will take me to Dr. Jane Lillier tonight. It's about time for me to go see my brothers (Schatzie & Lucky), and cousin (Spooker). I know Grandpa's worried about me and it's so terribly hard for him to watch me struggle to climb up on the bed to have him scratch my cheeks. He keeps looking for a "sign" that it's time for me to go, so I've pretty much stopped eating and drinking. He scheduled an appointment for me to cross Rainbow Bridge at 7:00 pm (eastern time). If he is unable to be with me at that time, I completely understand. I've had a WONDERFUL life and have been blessed to have him take such great care of me while my mom's been away. She has left instructions that if any of my organs can be used to do so--although I'm pretty old, maybe there's something that can help another kitty somewhere down the line.
Thank you all for your support over the years and for the wonderful gifts, love, and purrs. It truly means the world to me and my human & kitty family.
I've lived a very full life and am grateful for the wonderful human & kitty years I've had here.
I look foward to seeing my Angel family and my brothers on the other side of Rainbow Bridge and keeping watch over my earth family until we meet again.

I'm not doing very well. Dr. Lillier has said that my kidneys are failing. She says it will be about 2-4 weeks before I head over to Rainbow Bridge. My mommy is in Germany and won't be able to make it home to see me, but I know she loves me, and she sent my Grandpa to take care of me while she's gone. He's doing a great job, and I love him for it. I know my human family will miss me terribly when I'm gone, but they need to know that I've lived a VERY long happy, and loved life and I will miss them too. I do look forward to seeing my big brother Schatzie, and little brother Lucky very soon. Please pray for my mommy, my grandpa, my brother Chaplin, and cousin Tux for I know they will all miss me so much.
