Arrival Story: Stinky...I mean Angelica was adopted from Animal Friends Humane Society in Trenton, Ohio. She was supposed to be on hold for another person who had even left a deposit, but never showed up. We had to wait a day till the holding period was up, just in case that person picked her up after all, but we got her! Hooray!

Bio: Guess why she's nicknamed Stinky? Yes, evidently she's got a very sensitive digestive system. Switch foods, or let her sneak yours, and we all pay! Peeyu! But she's a great kitty.

Lives Remaining: 9 of 9

Forums Motto: You gonna eat that?

Yeah, I do remember my last few days in the last place I lived, thanks for asking. It was this big cage. See, I've always been special! Unlike the other cats at the shelter that lived in those tiny metal boxes, those folks put me and my brother in the big cage that sat in the lobby so everyone could see us. It was so cool - it had cloth hammocks for us to play in, and shelves we could climb on. But then my brother Phil got adopted and I was lonely.
Then it was my turn! I went home with my people and I wasn't even shy. Why would I be? Sure, there were three other cats much bigger than me, but so what? I'd show them who was boss. ME, Princess Angelica.
Mom told me I was special, as if I needed her to tell me what I already knew. See, I'm half Siamese. But I'm black. That makes me an Oriental, I guess, though I have to admit, I never got any proof. But look at me! I'm not like the others. I have a long, aristocratic nose and my coat is thick and silky, too, just a little different.
Mom also told me that Siamese like to talk a lot, and she asked me why I don't. Well, I don't know. I guess I just don't have that much to say. When I open my mouth to meow, I still sound like a little kitten, but I guess that'll change someday. None of us cats here talk much, unless we're sitting at the window. Why should we? We have everything a kitty could want!
