I am sad to say that Kinky had to be put to sleep on 06-14-06 at 2:30 pm in Rosenberg, Texas at his vet's office.
He had been fighting allergies and sinus infections and was loosing weight which we thought was related to the colds; but, it was not. When the vet finally did the bloodtest, we found out his kidneys were 80% blocked and there was no treatment available.
He came home with us for another week but he began having difficulties and acting like he was having pain so we went ahead with the euthenasia.
I am heartbroken and depressed to say the least. My dad says "no more pets" so when Dusty and Cosmo pass on there will be no one. Kinky was so much a part of my life.
I am disabled so I am home all the time and Kinky was my constant companion for the past ten years. I feel like I have lost a spouse. This is worse than my divorce was in '93.
