Cuddling in a safe place, watching the cockatiel, cuddling in laps
A kitten playset with a scratching post, springy mouse toy, and feather toy all in one. He will lay on it and play with his one good arm. That and towels!

Jonah was discovered by a neighbor--well, by the neighbor's dog! When they found their pooch chewing on the tiny ball of fuzz, we got contacted and the kitten was sent here. What arrived was an underweight, flea covered mess of a kitten who was hobbling around and not putting weight on it's front left foot. The next day we took him to get some xrays and sure enough, a fully broken bone! The neighbor at that point decided that this kitten would be a bit too much for them to handle and decided to give us the option to take him in as our own.
After a bit of discussion with various vets, whether to put such a small kitten through a hard amputation surgery, or to surgically repair the leg(at risk of the leg never recovering due to possible nerve damage and complications to his small size), we decided to attempt to save the leg. He has been recovering well, and we do see some minor paw movement on the leg, so our fingers are crossed that he will be able to heal properly. Worst case scenario means we simply have to amputate at a later date when all things are said and done, but we're hopeful that won't be necessary for the poor little guy!
