This is Friday the 13, and mommy and daddy explained to me how lots of people think this is a really unlucky day, but in our house it is a really lucky day, since my human sister Mellie (who helped pick me out and bring me to my new home here) was born on a Friday the 13th. Nobody in our house is superstitious, we all love black kitties too!

We were a little curious about your beginnings, so we went to your first diary entries and ran across this one. What a relief to know you still like black kitties, since there are two of us inside, and, like, a gazillion feral blackies on the porch! The pawrents care for a feral colony (it's where we 3 came from). :)
