Arrival Story:
Yeti is a rescue from the Quincy Humane Society. She was a little less than 3 months when I adopted her and had been fostered by one of the employees there. Her previous name had been Snowflake, but she seemed more like an abominable snowman (girl) than a flake, hence the name change.

Rescue and hand raised by a foster parent until old enough for spaying and adoption. She goes from loving, purring ball of fur to crazy flying ball of fur in no seconds.

Life as a big sister

Be very careful!

I have been pretty sick and want to send a warning. My humom had a Lysol automatic soap dispenser in the bathroom. I thought it was fun to make it drip on the counter until I got some soap on my paw. After I licked it off, I got sick and developed an ulcerated area across the tip of my tongue. Humom had to take me to the vet twice for fluids and force feed me because it hurt to put food on my tongue. I am better now, but mom has gotten rid of the dispenser. Just a warning to other moms and cats.

Wow! I'm cat of the day? I am Purring with excitement! Thanks y'all for the good wishes.

My sisters came home from their surgery on Thursday and they now feel good enough for cat racing! I am good at cat racing. We are having a lot of fun.

Lonely day

Today my 2 little sisters went to the vet to be spayed. I was so lonely that I threw myself into my human dad's wastebasket. See my photo. It was really pretty comfy. Human mom says they will be home tomorrow, but I will have to play gently with them for several days. That will be hard, but I will try.
