Arrival Story:
Boy, I adopted Fuzz from a shelter in Pasadena, CA 11 years ago (before I moved back home). Other than a cat I saved from the street and had for a short while that I had to give to my cat-loving friend or get evicted when I was very young, Fuzz is my very first cat adoption. I was walking around looking for a "striped cat" knowing nothing much about cats, except I had a lot of extra love going nowhere that I wanted to share with a feline; the people there pointed me towards Fuzz (they called him "Black Nose"! very creative!) lol He was just so full of purr and playful with my hands and looking straight at me, I knew he was the one. He's black and white tuxedo (always dressed to the 9's). He was the one.
Bio:
Fuzz has moved with me about 5 times over the years. I wasn't aware at that time that I was able to ask for previous information on a cat. (I found this out many years later when I became a volunteer).

. . . and I'm Top Cat around here, 15 years old, like to sleep, eat, drink and attack Chief Red Cloud.
I don't talk much so that's all I have to say; except I miss Pagode (pronounced "Pah-goaw-djee"); she was my best friend years ago and passed away from a huge liver tumor attached to her veena-cava.
Her name, "Pagode" is a Brazilian dance and rhythm. My mom used to dance professional Brazilian dances when she was skinny. Now she's fat like some of us. (Not me . . . just sayin' . . .)
