Jax's momma either wandered in or was dropped off at our place. She had a litter of kittens in our basement, and only one kitten survived...Jax. Jax has a "special" foot in which he has basically 2 long toes, and on one of them the claw doesn't retract. He doesn't really use this foot to walk on since the leg is shorter than his other legs, but he sure can snag a mouse with it! It's like his very own little fish hook for mice!
