This morning the temps were much warmer – it’s up to 50 degrees!!! The Mama heaved a huge sigh of relief, because this is one of the scheduled mobile clinic spay days, and the plan was to take Little Socks in NOW, before he becomes sexually active. We don’t know how many of the colony are females who haven’t been spayed, but there are surely some. At the same time, our neighbor who we’ve mentioned before, will send his own indoor/outdoor kitty (male), plus one other of the ferals who hang out at his place – a female. Anyway, with the weather warmer, it will be better for the convalescents when they return. Hopefully Little Socks will not be too traumatized and will just set in to making up for the meal he’s missed this morning. The Mama hates this part, and wishes she could spare them the fear and pain.

Okay, long story short about Bob and Bobette: Thez wuss 202 crickets whoz planned alla weird stuffs to make us beleafs that thez wuss ownly one of them!! Ownly One Bob!! Butt what's the point of them dozing alla this?? JUST FUR FUN or something else?? It's seems a bit weird to meez!! Whys didn't they explain alla these at furst?? MMAO! My head is spinning! But then, that's not so unusual. OMC - that is a lotta Bobs! Oh, Tao - don't you see? It wasn’t meant as a joke; it was out of kindness to Zach. Bob didn't want Zach to mourn his passing, so he planned the trip, thinking that once he was here he would just sort of "disappear". Of course, then he met Bobette and he saw a way that he could "live forever", so to speak. Which he does, through all his children! We say take thoze crickets fishin....... :) Hay, fish gotta eat two!!! OMC! This is like a soap opera! *gets some popcorn to sit down and read the story* MOL!! Good now we know what is going on :) Let's hope spring is near for everycat. Zack *holds on to Monster's head to try to keep it from spinning* MOL! UPDATE ON THE UPDATE: Little Socks came back angry and disoriented from surgery and took off across the road. But we are happy to report that after a couple of hours, he was back sleeping on the porch with his little girlfriend. When he woke up, he allowed the Mama to pet him and he ate some dinner. Temperature out there is up to 59 degrees! - amazing! I'm glad Little Socks is doing great. Second.....Tabbies I'm appalled that you would take my pets (yes I'm claiming all 202) to the local fishing hole. You hurt my feelers!! Third, so Bob's dead. I'm going to miss my little buddy, Zoe is crying but I told her his son is coming to stay with us. He can sing her to sleep like Bob did. So Bob the II can come as soon as he's ready. We would be honored to have him. Say he's a wicked record spinner....cool. Let you know when he arrives. Girls thanks for taking care of Bob, Bobette and the others. Zach, you are a prince, truly. I knew you'd understand. Bob is crying, too, knowing he is welcome back at the ancestral home. Bless you, bro. Oh, and you're welcome - we wouldn't have missed any of it! Mol, I think I'm a little lost about the Bob story. I think I missed something since I haven't been around much. I'll just go along with it :P. Glad Socks surgery went well, and that he came back around later. Good to know it didn't scare him too much. oooh!! Nows meez understands!! That wuss sos sweet of Bob!! Heez haz gun to the Bridge nows, right?? I'm sure the Bobs were trying to tell you this WHOLE time, but you couldn't understand them because of all the CHIRPING!! MOL!
