Chasing bugs.

When Mom and Dad aren't in the house, we nearly tear the house down trying to eat all the insects. People don't seem to appreciate this a whole lot though. A only wonder why. Bugs seem to enjoy avoiding you. I wonder if they actually really care that I am chasing them. I mean imagine having a big, gigantic paw over twice your size trying to smack you. Hmmm...

Humans can do some strange things.

And I can name about five reasons why:


1.) They can spend hours at a time just staring at a book. What is so fastinating about shapes and illustrations?

2.) They look at their computer screen for so long!

3.) They let other humans in from time to time and then those humans are kicked out sooner or later.

4.) They get on these machines for exercise and then they complain about how tiring it was.

5.) They blab, blab, and blab some more with each other, but then they act as if we are being unreasonable if we blab, blab, blab.


Humans are sweet, but they can be a bit unreasonable and confusing at times.

Hello.

My name is Speedy. My dad sometimes calls me Speedy Underfoot because I am always under his feet. I am six years old and I live with my two humans and my younger sister, Dottie. Dottie is pretty sweet with me, but sometimes it's hard to get your personal space when there's a bobtail younger kitty running around. I used to have an older brother named Morris, but he passed away several years ago. There are also my cousins, (in which I have never met) who's names are Socko, Daisy, Misty, and formally, Mr. Big. A relative of my humans also have a dog named Chloe, in which I actually have met.
So that's me and my family for you to start off on and this is my diary: The Chronicles of Speedy Underfoot, (and more). I will write more soon.
