indoors Arrival Story: Olivia was born in Charles County, MD. She and her brother were found at a young age and brought to the Humane Society of Charles County. From there, the Friends of Felines (FOF) rescue group took them in. After Brian and I agreed to add cat to our family, I sought out to find a Siamese or Siamese Mix female kitten. This is planned on being our last a addition for a while so I really wanted a kitten and especially a Siamese or Siamese Mix kitten. We also needed to find a kitten that likes dogs and would like to play with our adult cats. I went on Petfinder and found Olivia (then named Ginger) with the FOF. Brian agreed that she was the one, so we put in an application, and Olivia came home with us on July 10, 2010!! She fit in right away and after some adjustment, her siblings love her (well maybe Harriet needs a little more time!). Olivia is the perfect addition to our family. Today, July 10, 2011 is Olivia's first adoption anniversary! We are beyond blessed and fortunate to have found such a wonderful pet as Olivia. She is happy, healthy and loved by everyone. It's been a fun-filled year and we look to many, many more with our beloved little girl!
Olivia is doing very well and growing up fast. She loves her family and especially her older brother Ray-Ray. They are closely bonded and Olivia learns all her naughty tricks from him! They are often found running, snuggling and grooming each other. They are my siamese twins! Olivia is a joy and gift that we are blessed to share our lives with. I have some new pics and videos which I will post soon!
