Long time, no posting!

Wow! It's been almost a year since I posted! You'll have to forgive me. I've been really, really busy trying to train my guardian and trying not to be trained by her. There's been so much to learn!

I'm not allowed to eat cords. No running out the door. Hold still when I get my claws clipped. No biting people. No biting Nutmeg. Christmas trees are not for climbing. Christmas ornaments are not cat toys. Taking up the carpet is definitely not allowed. Shoelaces are toys, unless a human foot is in the shoe. The sofa is not a scratching post. Neither are my guardian's clothes, especially when she's wearing them. Bathtubs sometimes have water. Bathtub rims can be slippery. I don't like baths. If I fall into the water and claw my guardian's bare foot trying to get out, I'm not in trouble. Even if she needs medical attention.

Nutmeg has taught me a lot, like the difference between play biting (allowed) and real biting (never allowed) and where humans draw the line.

I was really scared at first when my guardian went away all day. Having Nutmeg around makes me not scared, and now I don't destroy things when my guardian is gone.

I'm tired from all that learning. Time to take a nap!

My Exciting Day

Wow! Today I got to play behind somebody's treasure chest, and then I went to the bedroom and wrestled with Nutmeg. What a great day! I can't wait to this again someday! It is so much fun! I want to do it again!

Busy, Busy Weekend

Nutmeg asked me to write for both of us.

Our human has been trying to cough up a hairball for the past week, and she went to her vet on Friday. Her vet, a vet for humans, told her she has something "bronchitis," which might turn into something worse, called "New Moan-iya." Nutmeg and I have spent the weekend caring for her, sleeping next to her and making sure she doesn't get New Moan-iya. Maybe Old Moan-iya is not so bad for humans?
