Can we all help out Boxie and his mom? Help needed to- checking up on names on the HL Purr list!July 19th 2012 8:37 pm[ Leave A Comment | 17 people already have ]

Leave A Comment | 17 people already have We'll try to check on several names on the list, Ruffy. Let me take Lolly McNoNo through Pieces (10 cats). Here is the link to the list! There's a lot of names there. It's late here and the human has work in the morning but we'll check back later to see if we can contact some. This may be a pain but what are the chances of adding numbers in front of them. So when we report back we can say ....... number .... in case there are a couple with the same name. Or when cats report in it might be easy for Boxie to find them. Just a thought purrs Sam Excuse my sister she doesn't realise how impersonal numbers are. I know they say we'll all be numbers one day, Oh noooo... look at our microchips. Ahhhhhhh numbers. But yes we'll check back later. I think this process would go quickly if you compose a short pmail asking for an update on the cat's health. Then you can copy and paste to each cat you are checking on. Just my thoughts on how we could accomplish that long list quickly. Reporting back to Boxie might take more effort, but the initial contact should go quickly! Here is a sample pmail you can use if you'd like. I do recommend looking at the cat's page first to make sure the cat hasn't journeyed to the bridge. You can see what Boxie has on the list as the current condition by going to the forum thread. Sample Pmail (feel free to add to the pmail listing the condition of the cat as shown in the purr thread): I'm helping Boxie Brown update the Hazel Lucy Purr List for Kitties in Need of Purrs thread in the Catster forum. You are currently on that list. I have had 2 replys where should I send them? Here or to Boxie.Purrs Sam BTW did you know purrs are needed for those that live where Icebox lives. They have had terrible storms that uprooted trees and removed tiles off the roofs. Oh so many who need purrs. I discussed this with the Brofurs and we can help a little We could take turns and check up a few kitties in need. We will do Joey to George.
