Arrival Story:
When she moved into our backyard, she was a stray kitten no more than six- eight months old with her own three kits, starving and struggling to raise her children. When we fed them, she allowed the kittens to eat first even though she was nothing but skin and bones and we could see her looking at the food like there was nothing on earth she wanted more. The kittens had to go to the shelter, where we knew they'd be adopted, but we kept her because her courage and selflessness raising her kits was an inspiration.
