I have fed my cat both salmon and chicken/turkey dry cat food. I bought large bags and only have one cat. He likes them both, but stopped eating the salmon flavor before I finished the bag. My vet said the oil in the salmon flavor may have gone rancid and recommended putting it in my freezer. That seemed to work the next bag I bought.
