As of late, the company has changed its policy and has prohibited its employees from caring for the cats, which they view as threatening wildlife now. The cats, now denied their kibble, are hungry and unwell. Catster contributor Dorian Wagner drove four hours to protest with other animal advocates.
It’d take a lot more than four hours for me to drive to the hotel, but I wanted to do my part and give a musical high-five to all the wonderful people protesting out there. I’ll be sure to steer clear of Loews hotels when I’m touring this summer. I think someone in Loews upper management needs to be spayed!
Loews’ Blows
by Sarah Donner
Loews, Loews, Loews
Why you got to stoop so low, low, low
Tell the kitties no, no, no
Kick ’em from their home, home, home, home
No one’s asking for the moon
Compassion’s all we want from you
Why’d you fire the bellman
The one true humanitarian
Who trapped, neutered, and released
Took responsibility
You could control the population
Prevent the imminent reproduction
Loews, Loews, Loews
Why you got to stoop so low, low, low
Tell the kitties no, no, no
Kick ’em from their home, home, home, home
If you ban the ones who want to help
You shoot yourself in the foot
Hurt the lives of all those cats
And make yourself look like an ass
Loews, Loews, Loews
Why you got to stoop so low, low, low
Tell the kitties no, no, no
Kick ”em from their home, home, home, home
It blows, blows, blows
So we’re here to let you know, know
We can’t let it go, go, go, go
Did hotel business suck your soul?
