Catster advocates for adopting before shopping, though we fully understand there are many reasons for seeking a breeder. So, we encourage it to be done the right way. We have not personally visited or investigated all of the breeders below. We have put the top-recommended all in one place for you to get in touch and make the best decision for you. Learn more about our stance and how to choose the right breeder here.

Siamese cats are one of the most popular domestic cat breeds in the world. With a mysterious mask, stunning blue eyes, and a dynamic personality, a Siamese cat can make a great furry friend for nearly anyone.

Before you go out and scoop up a Siamese kitten from a breeder, it’s important to know if the cattery is reputable and responsible. Kittens from low-quality breeders can be afflicted with numerous health and behavioral issues, such as fleas, respiratory infections, and aggression.

But don’t fret! We’ve rounded up the best of the best Siamese kitten breeders in New York! Check out these fantastic catteries in the Empire State to ensure you’re bringing a happy, healthy kitty home.

📍 Albany, New York

Located in Albany, Dynasty Siam is a small, home-based cattery that opened its doors in 2004. The cattery abides by the CFA’s Breeder Code of Ethics and only breeds a few litters every year. This ensures the well-being of their queens. All the kittens at Dynasty Siam have been tested for FeLV, FIV, and heartworm before they are given to the customer.

Additionally, all cats are routinely examined by one of the leading veterinarians in New York State.

2. Rinceoir Cattery

Rinceoir Cattery is a tiny home cattery that hand-raises all its kittens. They are TICA-, CFF-, CFA, and ACA-registered and specialize in breeding traditional Siamese and Balinese cats, including seal, chocolate, lilac, and blue kitties. All the felines at Rinceoir are routinely tested for FIV, FeLV, and heartworm.

Moreover, their DNA is also tested to ensure all kittens are free from genetic health conditions.

3. Kokiri Cattery

📍 Western New York

Located in Western New York, Kokiri Cattery is a small, in-home, CFF-, CFA-, ACA- and TICA-registered cattery that specializes in old- and modern-style Siamese kittens.
