Learn more about our stance and how to choose the right breeder here.

Maine Coon cats are extremely popular in the United States because of their long shaggy coat and huge size. However, Oregon is a long way from Maine, and breeders may not be as easy to find as they are in the northeastern United States. If you live in Oregon and would like to purchase one of these majestic cats, keep reading while we look at several breeders you can use to obtain one. For each entry, we’ll provide you with a website, location, and a short description to help you find one that can help you.

New Kitten Preparations

Since you're hard at work researching which breed to welcome into your life, it's probably a good time to introduce a few kitten essentials that will help seamlessly transition your furbaby into their new home. Ensuring you provide them with the proper care, comfort, and enrichment will help your kitten thrive and grow into a well-established and healthy feline! Other Ways to Obtain a Maine Coon

We highly recommend checking with all of the local animal shelters in your area. While it’s a long shot, finding a Maine Coon at a local shelter can save you hundreds of dollars, and they often have many of their shots already. Some will even be spayed or neutered, saving you more money and a trip to the vet.
