Arrival Story:
My cousin was moving and couldn't keep his cat. I didn't know anything about Torties (tortoiseshell cats) at the time, but we just thought she was too cute. Naturally, we ended up with her. My cousin thought she was a boy and named her Jake. We knew she was a girl though and named her Jekyll.. mostly because of that split down the middle of her face and those wild "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" mood swings.

Bio:
Over the years, Jekyll has turned into quite the well-behaved cuddler. She is the first one to greet you when you come home and the last one to kiss you goodnight. She loves to give nose kisses and is generally a great cat, but her lightning-fast mood swings are legendary and she is definitely not a cat to be messed with on one of her bad days. She's endlessly courageous, shameless and loving though and we love her lots because of that.
