My big brother Whigger

He is the greatest, and mom thinks he is the smartest cat she has ever met but I''m sure she means he is the smartest cat she has ever met after me. But I digress.

Whigger knows how to ring the bells on both sides of the front of the door when he wants in or out or MOL just to get mom's attention, MOL.

He keeps everyone in line, if anyone starts spitting and hissing at each other Whigger is there to break it up.

One time mom did a stupid thing, wait no that's not right once mom did a really stupid thing (she does stupid things all the time) but this was a scary stupid thing, she had cleaned out the ashes out of the stove and left the ash pan sitting on the run in the fireroom, and went about cooking dinner she made a big pot of beans and put them on the stove, she was in the living room, working when Whigger came up and meowed at her she said I "hi Whiggy Piggy" and pet him, he reached his paw out and grabbed a hold of her jeans then looked behind him, then jumped down and sat where mom could see him and he could see the fire room, he looked from mom to the fire room and then meowed very loudly, mom said "oh Whigger the beans are fine they won't be ready for a while" and she went back to work. He then jumped up and sat nexted to her and grabbed her pants with his claws all the way to the skin, she shrieked and jumped then Whigger jumped down and ran into the fire room. She got up and said "alright Pigger Whigger what is it?" she looked in the room but didn't see anything, he kept running back and forth between her and the ash pan. finally she went in the room and could see the carpet glowing "oh my GOSH".

Well as you can see Whigger is a hero.

Whigger also is always with Mom when she is outside she maynot see him but she always knows he is close by keeping an eye on her, and when she falls down, he will stay right there with her until she can get herself up or until help comes.

But it doesn't stop there, every single night when it's time to go to bed Mom calls everyone in for the night but sometimes we don't all like to come in, so Whigger comes in checks the house and will go ring the bell if not everyone is in, mom will let him go outside pretty soon he is ringing the bell on the outside and mom will get up and let him and another kitty in, he will do this until all us kitty's are in. But the other night Mom turned off the lights and went into her room, she thought she had counted heads and paws and that they were all there nope not me I was still outside, before mom could get her jammies on Whigger was ringing the bell to be let out, "Whigger everyone is in it's bed time, I'm to tired for this nonsense" but she let him out anyway, so she went back and got her jammies on, about a half hour later Whigger was ringing the bell, when mom got up in I pop with Whigger right behind me with his ears back, and twitching his tail, I think he was mad at me.

So you see my big bro really is a smart Kitty.

Well, mom says it's time for bed and Whigger is making his rounds so I will meow with your later kitty's.

She waited just a little bit to long MOL

so mom comes in the kitchen she has given us our can, and she says "Sundae would you like some nippy?"

Politely (because I always try to be polite) I say yes please.

She takes the container out loosens the lid and sets it on the island counter.

I am waiting patiently at her feet, then she scurries off to add wood to the wood stove, then goes in and plays Face book, then she puts a chicken in a BIG pot (that is for me for later) and puts it on the wood stove to boil.

I'm still waiting patiently right here by the island.

Then she goes into the bathroom, then starts a load of laundry.

I'm still waiting patiently.

Then she goes outside to feed Linda the outdoor Kitty.

When she came in with Linda's bowl to fill it up she saw me rolling on the floor in a whole bunch of cosmic kitty nip. MOL MOL.

She says "Sundae I guess you got tired of waiting on me.

WARNING MINI BLINDS

Everyone please tell your mom and dad's that if they have mini blinds the kind with the strings that raise and lower them to please please tie them up or better yet replace them.

The reason for this warning, today when mom came home Luna one of our weeones had hung herself :((( in one, mom freaked out and tried to get it her out but it was to late it must have happened earlier in the day while mom was at work.

So in hopes of not letting Luna die in vane we are trying to get the word out about this horrible danger.

I already miss Luna and mom is devastated as she thought she should have known better, she had read somewhere about these awful blinds.

So please feel free to repost this or pass it on, we really want to get the word out.

Nutro Products Announces Voluntary Recall of Limited Range of Dry Cat Food Products (May 21)

The cat food is being voluntarily recalled in the United States and ten additional countries. This recall is due to incorrect levels of zinc and potassium in our finished product resulting from a production error by a US-based premix supplier.

Finally!!!!

Mom has taken forever to get me my own page, and she put soem of the best pictures of me up, so you can really see how beautiful I am.

I live on farm we only have horses, dogs and kitty's here but soon we will have chickens and ducks (don't tell Whigger he hates ducks).

My faovrite thing to do in the whole world is play since I was an only child, I had no one to play with, but the older kitty's tried their best, so I learned to play alot all by myself, sometimes I play to rough and zoom through the house to fast and mom has to slow me down MOL.

I love to climb the trees outside, and when the other kitty's come out we play chase, Whigger is really fun to play with but he gets tired of playing because he says he has chores to do now.

We have a new puppy his name is Johnny Cash he isn't so bad, but he does play a little rough even for me.

We have lots of birds and Whigger is going to teach me how to catch them soon, he already brought a mousie home to mom, she told him how smart and what a good hunter he is, and thanked him alot, I told mom as soon as Whigger is ready I'm ready to learn to hunt, I've been watching the birdies from the window for awhile and I think I could catch one, but mom says we can only catch the starlings we are not to hurt the hummers or blue birds.

Well, that's enough for now Mom says so at least I have finally arrived.
