In my most beautiful pink wings so pretty against my white fur and in my breast cancer collar I fly to earth with a special message OCTOBER IS TALLULAH'S KITTY BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH!!!
Flying around I see so much pink my favorite color and the color for all breast cancer awareness, but here in the land of Catsterland it is for us kitties....those of us that fought a good fight but in the end lost that battle, for those that are still on earth fighting the fight of their life we honor all of you and your families.
Even though I lost my battle I am still fighting, fighting to teach others that cats do get breast cancer and most of us do not survive so we ask that all humans take the time to check your kitties of any lumps don't assume that it is nothing because you could be so wrong...it could mean cancer like I got.
Little did Mom know about kitties getting breast cancer, but we do now so our mission to help others, be here for others and let them know they are not alone. I am all over the world spreading the word and for those that are helping me and my Mom a big pink thank you.
Today or any day this month pick a day and wear your pink, if you have my bracelet wear them and let others know of the horrible cancer for kitties.
So stand proudly and tell someone, wear the pink proudly and always have hope that you just might survive.
I fly to earth today, I send pink butterflies to those left behind and those who are still fighting. I honor today my sweet friends Avail who just lost her battle, Sugar Bear & NatCat who are still fighting the fight. Butterfly Kisses and Bed time purrs.
SHADES OF PINK
Honor the suffering & in memory of those who lost the battle,
Solicit and celebrate healing.
Fuchsia, rose, crimson, salmon, baby-blush, coral,
One of those is Me.
Another, your kitty, sister, wife, a friend.
They didn’t go looking for the fight of their life,
But the storm came:
An urgent call,
Surgeons, stitches, ports, mistakes, fatigue, and pain,
Long days, therapies, sympathies,
The waiting and the wondering,
So many plans on hold.
It is an outright ordeal,
Though we color it with soft shades of pink.
Perhaps we know that
Pink wails and whispers
In its radiant grace
Sending butterly kisses and angel hugs
QT and Mom
Hugs and purrs and thanks for making us more aware of kitty breast cancer!
Thanks for all you do to help kitties fight breast cancer! You're a most precious angel, QT!
Love & Hugs,
Thanks and purrs, too!
Thank you for doing so much to spread awareness.
You are all so very welcome...none of us can not stop fighting and we have to help those that are fighting by just being here to support them....so remember wear your pink one and all!
