Arrival Story:
About a month after my beloved Emmett went to the Bridge, I decided to go over to the shelter "just to look." Hah. I looked in all the rooms and no one really caught my eye, and I decided it must be too soon still. Just as I was about to leave, one of the shelter workers asked if I had seen the room where the adolescent kitties were. I had not, so I went in and there was Max, staring at me serenely with those yellow-green eyes. He purred loudly when I touched him and then he followed me around the room, still purring. I put in papers and brought him home a few days later.
Bio:
My sister and I were dropped off at the shelter as kittens. I can't believe we were still there after seven months, because we are absolutely adorable, perfect cats. I love to lounge around, and I'm so comfortable in my own skin that mom says I must be a very old soul. Once I recharge, I'm off and running like a madman around the house with my sister Bebe. Mom needs to learn to take better pictures, though she says it's hard getting a good picture of a black cat. Maybe she'll get a better camera.
