I have been reading the polls and thought I would comment. This most recent poll asks about how we furs feel about clothes. Now I would fully expect many kitties to object, but why so much negativity about it? I purrsonally love getting all dressed up because it means I get lots of attention from meowmy. I love attention! I guess I am an unusual kitty because when I hear the drawer with clothes in it open up, I run over to it. I know that I have fur and am plenty warm enough. It's all just another way to enjoy spending time with us furs, so why are so many opposed to even trying?

I often hear the acronym "TCAR" in a certain chat room where my Meowmy frequents. It means "That Cat Ain't Right." I guess I live up to that, because I enjoy my clothes time with meowmy.

Well.. I'm going to go cuddle with Meowmy.

Hey Digit! Well, I'm glad you like to dress up cuz it makes my mommy giggle when she sees your pictures. I don't enjoy it at all......maybe because everything is too tight on me. LOL!

I love clothes!!! I have a whole little treasure chest full of them. I haven't been in the mood to wear them this summer(too hot) but I can tell you once fall gets here I will want my t-shirt. I also have the most fabulous dresses and costumes too. I love being the center of attention and looking pretty. I like it so much I always check out mommies bags to see if I got new clothes!!! My siblings are not as into it as me but they wear holiday outfits for pictures pretty well.(Minimal fussing or none at all)BTW I have a bikini too!!! MOL MOL

And you look furry stylish in your clothes too! :~D It doesn't surprise me that some humans are opposed to it. But different strokes fur different folks. I know more cats that you who seem to love getting dressed up. I wonder if those humans who criticize the practice think that we kitties are not just as varied and interesting in our personalities and humans are? Do they really think you put a cat in a box? Bad metaphor... since most of us like boxes... um... you know what I mean! MOL!
