When I peeked out the kitchen door window, I saw Jocelyn Mae in the backyard eating acorns! OMC! I yelled at Mommy and told her to come to the window right away and that Joss had gotten out. I also pointed in the direction of where she was.

She said, "Landy, you silly boy, that's only a black squirrel. We have a bunch of them in our neighborhood. I know, I know, Joss does look like a black squirrel from the distance because of her bushy tail and the same color."

Whew! I'm glad that was s squirrel and not my new sis! I love her and hope and pray she doesn't sneak out!

Other than that, it's been a nice weekend. Rather warm today too.

Well, that's about it. I'm tired.
