We adopted Bud and his sister Kelly from a farm in June of 2002 after their older sister Tigger passed away. We originally went there to find a brother for Tigger, but since she had passed we thought we'd get two little kitties right away.
Bud was one of 16 kittens born on this farm at the same time. A tom cat had his fun over the course of a couple nights and this poor woman had 4 cats each have a litter of 4 kittens at the same time.
Bud and Kelly were two of three runts of the litters that were hand raised, so they were already litterbox trained and socialized. All three little guys had such great personalities that we would have wanted all three if the woman at the farm wouldn't have told us we couldn't have the spunky little guy that she fell in love with.

Thank you Mr D for pointing me in the way of the groops yesterday. My hooman spends way too much time on the computer and I'll need to kick her off to get some socializing done.
I could always use the computer in the basement, but then I wouldn't have the fun of kicking mom off the one upstairs.

Considering we are both Gemini's, we must both be extra serious about fighting with each other today. All our poor humans can hear this morning is growling and loud meows from Kelly in the basement.
