Arrival Story:
Sunny just appeared outside one day. I saw her going up to everyone trying to get them to pay attention to her. She had a collar on, so I assumed she belonged to someone. When Mom T got home, she saw the cat following people walking down the street and said, "You can't leave her out there. Go get her!" So I went down the driveway and looked around. She was on the retaining wall of the (then vacant) house next door. She looked at me and I said, "Baby! What are you doing out here all by yourself??" And with that she jumped down and ran over to me. I picked her up and brought her in the house. Her tag said her name was... Baby! It had a phone number which we called for two days before someone finally picked up. The guy who answered said he'd only had the number for two weeks, and he didn't have a cat, but he was getting all kinds of strange calls. While Sunny was in quarantine, Bosco would play footsies with her under the door, and would sometimes run by us when we opened the door and stop in front of Sunny and just gaze at her. We didn't want her to sit in a shelter for months (black cat syndrome), and Bosco really seemed smitten, so she stayed.

Bio:
Sunny is the sweetest cat we've ever had. She likes to be held like a baby and butt heads. She loves to beat the heck out of Munchy and Knut, but it's only play. Sunny has a heart of gold.
