Leave a treat for Gidget Birthday: December 5th 2006 Bio: Gidget is a special needs kitty. She is loving, friendly, and oh so cute! Gidget has cerebellar hypoplasia, which means she's a "wobbly kitty". It is not something she can pass to other animals. Her mind is in working order, but it just doesn't communicate her movements correctly, so she tends to stagger around. Sometimes she misses the litter box, so you will have to be patient -- she gets real close! She also has problems grooming herself well, so she will need your assistance with brushing and baths. "Wobbly kitties" can live long, otherwise healthy lives, and this one is so sweet and gentle -- you need to take her home! She needs to be the only kitty or be in a home with very calm, gentle, older cats that won't pick on her. Dogs and children may be a bit much for her. Don't pass Gidget up!
