Chopper was picked out at the pound due to his sweet disposition even though he looked beat up and old. After $$$$$ vet bills to get him fixed up, the rest is history.
Bio:
Chopper was hit by a car and saved by the local animal rescue. He is basically blind and deaf and has a chopped off tail.
