Gizmo joins Trooper at the bridge

We received very upsetting news last week that Gizmo, Little Troopers brother, (now about 8 months old) had to be put down because he was very ill with a fatal disease; FIP (Feline Infectious Peretintus). It's quite possible, and very likely, that Little Trooper may have been infected with FIP too, and that caused or contributed to his death.

My brother got adopted today

My last few days were spent with my brother, Gizmo who looked a lot like me - I had more grey, he had more white. (The first posted pictures shows us both together; that's me on top.) We started out with another few siblings, but they didn't stick it out with me. Gizmo and I curled up together often, and he tried to get me to play. I'm glad to see that he took his medicines and started gaining weight and got healthy - and that he had other kitties to play with after I was gone. Now he has his own very nice family that adopted him and took him to their house . . . . I hope you have a wonderful life, little Gizmo.
