I'm on a Diet and It's TOO HOT

Hi Everyone,
I'm 5 now as everyone knows I'm sure. Anyway guess what the vet and mama did to me?? *GRRR* I'm on a diet. Mama had to figure out a way to get me on a diet where I wasn't attacking my sister. Cause she tried last year and when she cut my food back somewhat I went into a fighting frenzy cause I got upset.. So now I gotta eat wet food in the morning and dry food at night only and my sister is on the same diet with me..

Why am I on a diet? Mama says I'm a little chubby and that if I was breathing without a wheeze I wouldn't be on a diet but I eat way too much and I would eat all day if I was allowed to including eating my sister's food.. So mama had to start feeding Terucan in a separate room until I got used to the fact I'm only allowed to eat mine. and now she's become kinda chunky too cause she's actually getting more food and mama never realized I was actually eating the majority of the food before. But yes that's why I'm on a diet because I'm a big girl and well because I was wheezing a lot because of my weight and all.. I've lost some weight already mom can see it in my face and in how the collar fits me even looser now too..

*sigh* but we have another problem every single summer our place gets overheated and we start panting. Yes us Cats start panting that's really hot huh? Mama does what she can. The fans don't do much good but she makes sure we have fresh water down and ice cubes in a bowl to itself too to try and help us stay cool..

Last night My sister and I got extremely upset with mama. Because we were beginning to get sick with the heat and wouldn't come out of the bathroom. It was the hottest it has ever been for us in here I mean it too. So my sister and I stayed in the bathroom and lay right beside the toilet. Well Last night before mama went to bed she soaked us completely down. To try and cool us off but we were dry within minutes. Just we didn't really like that but We know mama loves us so much she doesn't want us to be so hot.. Today isn't as bad as it was yesterday but.....

This summer is very dry WE NEED RAIN and not just a sprinkle of a couple seconds of rain either. The rain seems to by pass us completely by and it's making everything all that much more hotter around here. So hot that I don't want to eat much and mama knows that is unusual for me as usually all day I ask for food or try to but mama says no.

In Fact do you know she's even cut me back in my treats? Mama only lets me have my treats twice a week now.. *sigh* and only 2.. But she says it's the same for Terucan so I guess it's not too bad huh?

We love our mama and we have such a wonderful home. And although we don't have a dog sister at the moment mama said she is looking for one.. A small one so that we will feel better cause she'll be about our size or smaller.

Anyway I better run off now. I'm getting tired bye for now..
