My friend Lynn had been checking up on Melanie (she'd been spayed) when she mentioned Frankie needed a place to stay. She said he'd been a trapped kitten but was way too sweet to put back in the wild. Lynn couldn't keep him because with 13 cats and one dog she didn't have anymore room and she didn't have the time to give him the love he so craved. I said I wouldn't mind fostering him. She warned me though that I'd fall in love with him and not let him go. She was right, by the end of the first night I told Lynn that she didn't need to find him a home. Everyone here accepted him since he was so docile. Bio: Poor Frankie had been a feral kitten that had been trapped with a bunch of his siblings. They were alone in a very poor area here on Long Island. The rescuers trapped him and his siblings, but poor Frankie was so frightened that he hit his head on the bars of the cage. When the rescuers found him he was covered in blood and had a gash on his head. They took the poor baby to the vet (along with his siblings) and got him fixed up. There they realized that for a feral kitten (or so they thought) he was extemely gentle and loving. The decision was made to have him fostered.
