We Haved Moved to Pittsburgh, PA!October 22nd 2011 6:19 am[ Leave A Comment | 6 people already have ]
If we haven't been on Catster much lately, it is because our whole family moved to Pgh, PA! Mom went there to her Dad's funeral, and decided to stay. Dad drove us all out there from Tucson to be with mom. Now dad is back in Tucson and loading up a moving truck. What a whirlwind! But now we live in a two story home, with a basement, which means I have TWO FLIGHTS OF STEPS to race up and down all day! WHEEE! We also have a big, scary basement with lots of dark corners and cobwebs and fun things like that to experience and explore. The other day I saw 6 HUGE FURRY THINGS OUTSIDE THE DEN WINDOW, I didn't know what I was looking at! Mom told me they were "deer". WOW! And we smell grass, and see chipmunks, squirrels, groundhogs, raccoons, and possums! We now have hardwood floors in our new house, so when mom is on the first floor and I come tumbling down the steps from the upstairs bedroom, she says I sound like a bowling ball on the loose! MOL!

This is so ironic because I was just thinking of you this week and how I hadn't seen or heard from you in ages. I was hoping everything was okay! I was hoping you didn't leave Catster I would be so bummed! That's so furry cool! Well you are a "little" closer to us now, MOL. You're very close to Blizz though! Maybe someday mommy can take a trip down that way and you, Blizz, me, Tink, Skylar, etc. can get together. Wouldn't that be fun? We are sending HUGE hugs to your meowmy today Sterling. We know things have been hard for a long time but your daddy making furniture, you picked the right place to move! You'll have good luck there. Things are brand new for all of you! CONCATULATIONS on yer new home and safe moof. Hopin efurthin is better fur you an yer furmily. We are purring for you, I can't believe it's been two years. That was so sad and the human just couldn't understand the logic on that one. Something weird there, heads should have rolled as it was not right at all. We were behind you on that one. I laughed when you meantioned the run away bolling ball as we make a huge racket here too. MOL. Also...You are so lucky to see such beautfil animals from your windows lucky you and purrs for your meowmy abot her father, my human last her father back in April this year, she at least was expecting it. Mol mom said when she is downstairs and we are upstairs, it sound like a "herd of cats" MOL Congratulations on your knew home,it sounds like a great place to live your beautiful and we love you too sweetie. Thank you friends for all the good wishes and purrs! We hope this new move for us will turn out for the good. Yes, the last 5 years have been rough for us in Tucson, with the foster kittens, me getting stung by a scorpion this spring, dad lost his job in March of this year...that is why we are purring that better times are ahead...thanks for your love and support. You are right Mr. D, there were some evil people there at the shelter and they literally got away with murder..but, you reap what your sow, so their day will come. |
