Favorite Toy: His toy mouse, feathers, and practically anything at the end of a string.
Favorite Nap Spot: On top of my bed, the homemade cat bed in the dining room, in his cardboard box, or on top of any window sill.
Favorite Food: He eats Authority, Natural Balance, and EVO canned. And also gets raw food and whole feeder mice.

Arrival Story: Jack and Sophie were adopted from The Anti Cruelty Society on May 18, 2007 by my mom, brother, sister-in-law, sister, and my 1 year old nephew at the time. They all went to the shelter together to pick out 2 cats. I wasn't able to go to the shelter that day but they made a great choice! Jack (George at the time) was in one of the bottom cages and caught my nephews attention with his high pitched meow. When he approached my baby nephew and started rubbing on the cage, they knew he was the one. Jack and Sophies previous owner died and no one could care for them so they were brought to the shelter. He was neutered prior to entering The Anti Cruelty Society. And was 1 years old at the time of the adoption.
Bio: He is a lap cat!! But only if we sit with our legs folded. Jack is not as needy as he used to be, mostly because he has the kittens to play with now. His meow sounds exactly like a squeaky door and is very high pitched!!

I've Been On Catster Since:
I say that with great joy because Jack is starting to relax more around Hudson and Felix now that it's getting cooler around here. You see I think Jack got very aggressive with the other cats during the summer because he could smell unneutered males and unspayed females in heat and took out his 'territorial issues' on his house mates. But Jack is starting to calm down now which is beyond great!
A few days ago we gave all the cats Nature's Variety Instinct- Venison and all of them liked it and ate it except princess Sophie of course. I think I'm going to give them NVI- Venison once a week so they can get some variety.
Ok so we went to the vet on December 10th and the vet told my 4 humans that I don't have fleas or ear mites!!! YAY!! But she told them that the reason I'm itchy and losing hair around my ears is because I have dry skin or I'm allergic to my food. The vet gave my humans some capsules for dry skin and said if I don't get better to come back. But mommy number 1 thinks it's food allergies. So they have stopped feeding Sophie and I the Kirkland brand from Costco and have switched to Innova EVO. And guess what!?! The hair around my ears is starting to grow back!!!! We love this new food our humans are giving us!!! And we're looking better! ;D
