Arrival Story:
I had been wanting a cat for a long time, but was always renting so it wasn't possible. In October I bought a townhouse and decided it was kitty time! I called several people in the paper, went the humane society, and still didn't find "the one." I was bummed out and at the last minute saw that a pet store across town was having a pet fair for shelter cats that ended in 30 minutes. I raced over there and found Chloe! She had the greatest blue eyes and was so sweet. I had some reservations about adopting her because of the medical conditions, but it was the best decision I ever made!
Bio:
Chloe had a rough beginning. She was found alone in an apartment complex full of fleas and ear mites. She also had ringworm. When I first saw her she had 2 bald spots on her face, and a few rings on her tail. She was not too pretty looking at first. But a lot of medicine and love later she is beautiful! She was also very weak when I got her. She fell off of the entertainment center and fractured 2 ribs the week after I got her. I am happy to say that she is about one now (we think), and extremely healthy and happy! She wrestles with my Shiba Inu Hailey and is completly healthy, you would never know how sick she was. She is the sweetest and weirdest cat I know. She likes the car and traveling, she jumps into the shower when I am in there, and she likes dogs. Sometimes I wonder if she knows she is a cat!
