Oh effurry cat!
It has come.
My girl-furriend Goldie from Nova Scotia sent me a card.
I mew it wuz coming and I've been patiently
waiting at the porch for meomy to get the mail
now furr dayz!!!!!
Guess what? Today it came. OMC it is so cute.
It reads :

Fur my purrthday, I flew up north and picked up
Goldie and jetted back to Fla. We had a great day.
A nice annonymouse paparattzi took a pic of

I wuz just snuggled down on meomy's bed
when WHAM BAM BOOM!!!!!
Whazzat!!!!! OMC, this is the day the outside

Hi efurrycat!
Well, we had a greeeaaattt time yesterday at the beach!
I flew my jet up to the north to bring down my little Orange Blossom Goldie for the day.
After picking hur up and pawtying all the way south (I put da plane on
autocatic pilot) we landed just before lunch. After lunching on salmon, caviar, and catnip cakes we strolled the beach for hours.
She looked furry fetchin' in a straw bonnet I pawt for hur to wear.
She turned all the cat-heads at the beach! MOL ....
I cannot wait till the next time my sweetie gets to come again fur a visit.

I am a big 3 today!!!! Yea!!! I got this beoootiful purrthday

Sampson was the first, thanks Sam! Now Goldie is wishing me a happy

Dear Diary,
Well aftur my Precious Orange-Blossom Goldie's pawty on the 17th I flew hur down to my town fur a visit. She had nefur been on a cat-jet befur.
Efurycat can see our picture on my page. It was takin' at the beach. We went down there to see the fishies and burds. She had nefur seen a pelican befur
and was quite taken with them.
I sure hope she can come again!

Well yestfurday the pawty was for Goldie, my sweet orange-blossom.
She is the sweetiest orangie I have efurr met and I *red face* luv her,
yep I do!!! Omigosh, I actually wrote that down. Oh well, it is my diary!
It is a good thing I am an orangie too and my red face isn't as noticable.
I had a wonpurful time at her pawty. We drank some catnip wine,
had some salmon sammwhiches and danced a jig or two, even a waltz!!
Then, it was off to dreamland to purr and dream of my orange-blossom.
Yawn** I think I hear a nofur nap comin' on!

Yep, I have it on good authority, Hootie sees all ya know,
that the folks are going on a jaunt. I guess that means a
trip. Anyhow our wonpurrful cat sitter Kay is coming.
Remember when I said that she was wishing fer a cat?
Well, she got her wish. We haven't seen her yet but
her name is Sierra.

Oh oh. Somethin strange is going on around here.
Somethin about bein' a DDP. Meomy is jumping up
and down and telling Paw-Paw to come to the 'puter.
This is the furrst time my paw-paw has heard of my
new furriend Goldie. Yep, I am going to ask her
to be my girl-furriend! We have been chattin' lately.
Oh, meomy is splainin' that MY diary is one of the Daily
Diary Picks. She is sooooo excited. I have lots of
messages in my pawmail box and even some gifts!

Well it finally happened.
When Oliver gets into trouble for
lazing about the dining room table
our meomy says,
"Oliver Off!"
Then she picks him
up and puts him on the top of his kitty
condo and he stays there, takes a nap
or whatefur, until it all blows ofur!!!
Well, this afternoon, we were being our
well behaved selves and chasing each ofur
around the house. Oliver gets on top of the
table and meomy screams her normal 'Off',
and comes runnin' with the squirt gun
and Oliver put HISSELF in TIME OUT~~~
Can you beat that????????
Meomy and Pawpaw thought that was the
funniest thing they efur saw, so I put myself
in time out too.

Well, efurycat!
I got out~
Yep, my meomy unloaded the car of groceries and I
guess the door pawsn't shut tight and I pushed my
way out. I hear that Hootie did that once too!
I skeered my meomy. When she noticed that the door
was open she feared that me and Oliver both ran out!
She ran up and down the carport SCREEEEMIN'
'SAAAAAAAMMMMMMMEEEEEEEE' and ran back
into the house and there is Oliver stretched out in the
den. Now, what to think????? Maybe no one went out????
NO! Why was the door open then. SOMETHING had to
open it! So, on the way back through the sun room,
she sees handsome me, standing on the neighbors porch
looking slightly confused! (I DOUBT that tho). She starts
this screeeeeemin stuff again while coming out the door.
Scares me, I tell ya, I run off the porch, into the bushes
and start meowring. But then I thought about it and
thought it really isn't so nice out here. Kinda scarey.
That's when I start headin' for home and the door, but
she scoops me up, (really I let her pick me up) and in
the house we go and the door gets LOCKED!
Whew! That was close. Now I am driving her crazy 'cause
I am acting like I want back outside. I think I will let her
think that for the rest of the day ...
Ho hum, time for my nap.

Well furriends. The folks are back.
Did I tell ya that when they left I wouldn't
let my meomy say goodbye? Yep, I jumped right away
from her! That will learn her. I watched her tear up
on the way to the car!
Anyhow, they are now home. Our sitter, Kay ratted on us.
She thinks we are INSANE! She said she could tell what we
were up to by how the house looked! Our condo was upended
each day. We like to strew our toys throughout the house too.
Kay puts them back in the basket and by the time she is back
home they are all ofurr the house agin! MEORWL.... such fun!
BUT, get this! Now Kay wants a cat! Yup! She went right down to
the Humane Society to see what they had but the one she liked
had two saves on it. Maybe she can still get it tho. She misses
her other cats that she had. Meomy said Kay needed to get 2!
They are better than 1. Ain't THAT the truth!
Gotta go see what Oliver is up to !!

Well, fur us it is! Oliver has neve witnessed this.
I was right! Meomy and Pawpaw are leaving us
for a Bow-Wow & Meow Cruise! Can you believe that????????
They would leave us for THAT?????
Oh well, it is for a good cause, our Humane Society. I hear
that the travel agency is donating 12 g's to our Humane
Society and I feel good fur that 'cause it will help little
doggies and kitties just like me. U see, that is where I
came from. Yep, they got me there, actually I chose
them.

Oh-oh effurry cat.
SOMETHING's going on around here.
I see some bags coming out and some
clothes being put on the bed in the guest room.
I think means our pawrents are going away.
I have been hearing some rumbles about a Bow-wow and
Meow cruise coming soon. I don't think it s something for
us cats tho ..... this is NOT a-mew-sing!!! Last week our
cat lady, Kay, came ofur to meet Oliver and see us.
She just loves us! We like her too, but we don't let our
pawrents know this.
I will keep you posted on the going ons around here.
Maybe I should throw up in a suitcase. THAT'LL show

How's your year going?
Mine is going purrfectly wonderful.
I have decided to accept my new brofur
Oliver. He is soooo much fun. Now I don't
have to bedevil my meomy anymore. I have
Oliver to play with. He has been showing me
some new stuff.
Yesterday we were runnin' so fast that we knocked
over the cat condo-thingy. I really don't know what
you call it but it is a tipsy thing. Meomy was laughing
so hard and thought it was soooo funny, she left it
on its side for Pawpaw to see when he got home.
We just kept climbing in and out of all the portholes!

Well this morn when my meomy went to get the newspaper, she
did something different. I was already on the porch and she didn't
want to have to deal with me and the door, even thought I don't
try to escape (who would want to leave here?????????).
She went to the front door and surprise!!
She saw this black bundle by the shed door and thought, "Oh
no, do I see what I see"? Yep! It is a black kitty cat! Well, THAT
was that! She opens the bedroom door and says to pawpaw, "You
have to come out here".
Well all things equal I had to see what was going on and I started
to rub against the window, as he is pretty cute little cat. I mew
instead of snarl and I guess that's when my meomy started to think
about KEEPING this cat! She worked her way through pawpaw and
he set out some food for the cat. Pretty soon Meomy was going through
the neighborhood quietly asking if anyone lost a kitty? (Secretly
hoping that no-one would answer).
Upshot is you can read about Oliver on his own catster page when it
gets built! Needless to say nothing else got done around here today
and now it is time for them to go out to my cousins' house for a few
hours. Jeesh, you think they could do better things with their time.
*I must mews that I like the little guy*

Whee!! I got a Snowman from Sammy, Pophie, JoJo & PJ,
thank you so much! I want to send you guys one but my
meomy blew them all away, way to early this month
and has run out of zealies.
I have been busy helping with the tree. This year I am
guarding it. It isn't finished yet as we need to get some
lights and then my meomy can start the decorating! I
am always a BIG help as you can see by my pictures.
They were taken when I was a kitten and now I am too
big to climb that tree but I do enjoy napping under it.

My uncle and his wife are coming for Thanksgiving!!!

My furiend Sebastian purred us to remind us about turning back the clocks!
Thanks Sab. My pawrents have this one clock that is called an 'atomic' clock, whatefur THAT means. My meomy tossed a hand towel on top of it to cover up the numbers! Isn't that a SCREAM????? My sisfur from J-ville gave it to them as a Xmas present one year and now she has to come and set it twice a year as they get it soooooo goofed up. It has the days of the week on it and efurthing.
Now to my MAIN objective here. I gotta figure out how to get MY front door open. It does not have windows, only screen on it and they keep it closed when it is cold outside. C'mon, is is only 55 degrees! I DEMAND it be open for me to see my world outside! I am the king around here.

Yessssss, there is life after the noise leaves!
I can hear the birds and the bees and the flutterbys wings.
But, my human-kin are leaving. Meomy just dropped them
(I hope they aren't hurt) at the airport. Now I can sit everywhere
I want and not get picked up and cuddled and pampered, etc.,
(not that I don't like it you understand, I just don't want them
to know I like it!)

Well, I am getting quite good at getting these geckos.
Now my meomy wants to know how they are getting in
the house! I think it is because of all the company and
comings and goings around here. My big brofur-in-law
took him away and tossed him somewhere! Dang!
I still have a little one in the Florida room. I better
scurry off and catch him. I look so cute when the critter
is in my mouth and all that is hangin' out is the tail just
flipping in the breeze!!!

Well, my sisfur and her husband came from VT yesterday.
Boy, was I happy to see them!
It was meomy's birthday and paw-paw and I had be quite
busy getting presents for her to show how much we love her.
Paw-paw got her Roses!!! Can you believe a dozen of them.
I checked them out on the dining room table and they are quite
nice! He also got her one of her favs, a vanilla scented candle.
She LOVES candles.
I got her a key chain that has a pouch on itwith the picture of a cat!
Quite exquisite, if I may say so. I also got her a coffee cup that says
""Crazy Cat Lady" on one side and "Every life needs 9 cats" on the other side. She really hooted at that when she opened it.
My sisfur got her a birthday card that sings the meow meow
song when opened and anothfur coffee cup. Blue her favorite
color that says on one side "Cat Hair, don't leave home withoutit".
And, on the other side is says "Home is where the cat is."
She has been singing around the house all day!
Well, gotta go check the guest room. Time for the sibs to get up!!!

Whew! I am tired.
I have been voting hard for all the catsters in the
photo contest. It is hard keeping track of EVERY cat
I want to vote fur. I want them all to win! Remember,
it's not winning that counts, it's how we paw the game!
It is my meomy's birthday tomorrow and the flowers
have been coming in and I think she went somewhere's
for lunch too!
Also, the big brown truck came today and left a package.
She took that right next door to the neighbor's. I think
it must be for me or pawpaw. I know that Christmas is
coming and things are going on around here.
Tomorrow my human sister and her husband are coming
for meomy's birthday all the way from Vermont! They
will be here until Monday. Yea! They LOVE me and give me
so much attention. I CANNOT wait till they get here!!!

I don't know about humans, I tell ya.
I guess I skeered my meomy today.
I have this new wrinkle that my paw-paw
started with me. I like to have the front door
open at 5:00 AM now so to see the sunrise
and all the little critters that go bump in the night.
Now mind you guys, the sun doesn't get up any
earlier, but my paw-paw doesn't know that. Anyhow,
when meomy doesn't know about it (cause she tells him
not to do it) and I am there, I tend to start my napping
a lot earlier and maybe for a tad longer. Anyways, she
gets it into her noggin that I am acting funny, not attacking
her as usual, doing my whole routine differently and sleeping
a lot. That is just not like me! Hah! I sure have her fooled.
I am now well rested and attacking like crazy. Oh yeah,
and my door is open for me to peruse my realm!!

Wow, yesterday I was sleeping blissfully in my cat-bed and I awoke
to my porch door being CLOSED! Hmmmm, what is up?
Well, I pussyfoot over to the door and what do my cat-eyes see?
Yup, a DOG. Now mind you, it was not a large overbearing dog but
one only a bit bigger than me!
So, my meomy opens the slider and I get introduced to Buffy. Her meomy came to visit and my meomy asked Buffy in, too! Heh, heh, the humans
didn't know how I would recat but I was my charming wonderful self
and crept up on her and kissed her on the nose! All this ooo-ing and ahhhing going on! As though I would NOT be hoscatable!!!! Mrhump!!
I must say this little doggy and I bonded quite well. Now I hear rumors about
maybe Sammy needs a little cat for companion! NO!!! Gotta stop this one
in the bud!

Today is Saturday and I got a real treat.
When I woke my papa at 5:00 am, he opened the front
door for me to perch on my chair and see the morning
open befur me.
I had so much fun that I had to take a longgggg nap after
the folks got up. They were so wuried that I was sick or
something but I was just kat-tired!
Now to go to my food!

Dear Diary-furiends!
Another one! Yesterday was the day that our house gets pressure-washed and all the fur-niture from the carport comes into the house, just 3 pieces of wicker and a small table, BUT it was enouf fur a gecko to enter my realm!
My pawrents thought they were soooo smart, and shut me in the porch whilst doing this. HA! When all was said and done there was this screech!!!!!
"There goes one!!!!!"
My ears were on fire! I went on point to where this screech came from and yes, dear readers, there is movement in the corner of the living room.
Well, Meomy, being SUCH a calm meomy *not*, goes to shut doors to keep gecko out of the bedrooms, but alas, there is way to much room under our
doors for THAT! So, she gets this long pillow type thing with pictures of bears on it and shoves it against HER bedroom door, (like that'll work). Now an interesting thing happens! She is calming down! Is my meomy getting brave in her ole age???? Hm, maybe.
Anyways, I get to stay out in the living room and guard this thing or whatever I want to do with it! Well, I didn't sleep a wink. I chased that thing all around the room but he was so tiny I couldn't catch him. I know Iwill get some grief from the BOCU forum, but he was a BABY!!!!
Next morning, I got him cornered in my meomy's artist supply box at the end of the couch and I am just pouncing around in there and having so much fun.
Something funny happens. All of a sudden he just DISAPPEARS! In as quick as a wink he is gone! I must stay on alert. Oh, I am so tired! My eyes keep shutting and opening really fast. Just a tiny nap. Oh-oh. I think I pounced him
to death somewhere.
When I hear the next screech, that will be when Meomy finds him!!!! MOL.
And that's what I did on house pressure-washing day!
Gotta run and see if that food dish is full. I am hongry!

Well, I met Trevor and Dylan for the first time this weekend.
I must say, they are cute for little folk.
They didn't chase me at all, although Dylan did pull on my ears once,
but, hey, it didn't hurt at all! Dylan LOVED my cat-toys and played with
most of them.
Meomy is going to put a picture up showing
him coming out of my cat-condo!
Oh-oh I hear the icecube maker. Time for my drinks!

Something purrrrry strange is going on at my house!
Tuesday's Papa goes to work later in the day and comes
home after dark.
BUT, my meomy took a shower FIRST today and they
got up at the normal 6:15 am! This is not right.
Now Papa showered but didn't put on work clothes!!
Oh, oh. Something is happening around here.
Oooops. They are both leaving the house. Hmmmmm.
Now I hear the car coming back. *runs to the door to see
how many return*
Yea, both are here. Oh, oh! Meomy has somethin' on her face!
It is over her eye!!! Did she get hurt? Doesn't seem to be. She
pets me and says "Hi Sammy! Sorry I can't pick you up for a few
days." She says something about cataracts. Now, is this a 'cat'
condition???? I sure hope I didn't give her anything bad.
Oh, purr meomy! I'm sorry. I will be good for you.
Gotta run and take care of my meomy!

Wow! I have a guest book and the first guest to sign it
was my 2legged-sister from J-ville. The picture is of me
with my brofur Patrick! This picture was taken my
first year with the family. I didn't even know she
had this picture! Thanks Beth!
Wasn't I just the CUTEST??????

Well my meomy is soooooo proud of herself.
She has been decorating our pages. Now she
has to do some housework as the cousins
from the south are coming for DDD (drinks,
dinner, dominoes) in that order! I love
when they come as they make so much
fuss and petting over me!!!!
That's because I am Sam-I-Am when they are
here and proud of it! :-)

My crazy meomy is jumping up and down and singing
and is soooooooo very happy! She figured out how
to get me a title AND to put it on my page! Oh, how
purrrry exciting is THAT!
Now to figure out how to change font, do backgrounds,
and stuff. I think she will be very busy today, although
this breakthrough is MONUMENTAL!!!
Well, furr-iends, I must go see my page again! I am

This is today's action:
Meomy had to go to the store today for the ingredients
for Pot Luck dinner tonight at the clubhouse (whatever
that is). When she was flying down the cat food aisle
(not for the humans) she stopped and saw a fuzzy squeaky
mouse! She said to purself, "Hmmmmm. I wonder if Sammy
would like this?" I am sure that she is feeling guilty for leaving
me while going to this Pot Luck thingy.
She brings it home. Gets it out of its wrapper and tosses at me,
watching me. Sooooo, me being the one -in-charge here, completely
ignore it for a while, but then, ya know, I got curr-ious. I touched
it and it squeaked! I nearly jumped out of my furr. She is smirking
at me. I HATE it when she smirks at me and walk away from this
mouse.
Pretty soon tho, I am playing with my new toy. Thank you meomy
furr my new toy!
Okay, gotta pounce!

Well, purr-iends, there are some very strange things going on around here.
Meomy is really putting effort into her cleaning of the house this time,
not that she is a dirty purrson or anything. I think we may be getting company soon!
Yep, Meomy and Papa told me that Rob and April and the kids are coming. They have two little boys. I have never met them before as my pawrents are usually going to their home to visit. Hootie told me about Trevor tho and
said he is a purrectly wonderful little boy. He now has a brother Dylan.
I cannot wait to meet them! These are my pawrents son and family. I MUST be on my best behavior for them! Oh boy, more pets and hugs for me!
Oh, here comes the big monster for the floor! Gotta run.

I am getting nervous.
I overheard meomy talking on the phone and she was
talking to Miss Kay. Miss Kay is my sitter when meomy
and Papa go away. I do not like when they leave BUT
they do have this nice purson that comes and sees me
twice a day and feeds me and cleans my loo. She also
stays and plays for a while. Oh, and did I say she brushes
me? Yep! I really like Miss Kay but I miss my pawrents.
I wonder when this is happeneing.
Also, I have lost something. It is called 'the sun'. It always
comes up while we are eating breakfast and this morning it
didn't show up! I hope it isn't lost.
I am off to find it!

I got up at my normal time and things seemed cool!
My pawrents took care of my needs, made their coffee
and settled to waken slowly to the weekend!
What's this? Meomy made the bed, Papa's in the shower.
I thought today was Saturday!!
Now I see Papa has my carrier out from behind the door.
I guess I will go in.
Whoa! What's this. I am being carried out the door and
into a car! What's up? Where am I going? Was I a bad kitty????
Now we stop.
We go into this place and it looks just vaguely familiar! Oh-oh,
I remember!! It is the VET! I see two furkids in there. One is
sleeping sooooo comfortable and the other one looks like me
only LARGER!!!!
Everyone fusses and says, "Hi, Sammy!!!" Welcome!! and into
a room I go for my annual vet visit. Not to comfortable if you
know what I mean! Well, I am purr-fectly pleasant for Dr Brian
and Amanda. I look my cutest at them but still they start the
exam, etc. Doctor gets my specimen and says I am purrfect.
My weight is 3/4 of a pound lower and everyone is happy! Just
fine for a 2 1/2 year old kitty. Now for the dreaded shots, yes
cats, 2 of them. Ugh. But I grit my teeth and bear it very well.
Next thing I know we are outta there and on another ride.
This time I show up at home and into the house. Oh well, I
think this will do until next year.
Time for a nap. *Purrs*Snores*

Today was interesting!
I heard by the mews that the a/c man was coming
to service the a/c, whatever THAT is.
Well, he has been here before and I knew I would get
lots of pets and talks when he came.
Sure 'nuff, he said, "Hi Sammy!" and gave me some pets.
I made sure he did EVERYTHING he was is supposed to
do, running from room to room and peeking out the
windows.
When he was done, we were tired! He said, "By Sam, see ya
next time!"
Ho Hum, I'm off to catnap, this is tiring!!

just when I think they are leaving me for the day so I can have the
run of the place, I hear meomy say to Papa, "Ya know, not for nothing
but I just don't feel like football today." Now, can you believe that??????
My papa starts beaming and says, "Ya know, I would rather stay and
watch Tiger." Now, this Tiger I am thinking is a cat and maybe he is
movin' in on me. Nope!!!! Whew! He is a GOLFER, what ever that is!
So I start moping about and not settling down, as they have completely
disturbed MY plans! Purumpf! I have to think of something dastardly
to do to them. I know, I will get into their adult drinks, WHILE they
are watching me! That will teach 'em.
Oh, and have you seen all us Red Cats today? That is in honor of Penny
who went to the bridge last week. Us orangies are dressed in red today,
with Penny's face. We LOVE her.
Now to go back for a nap.
But furst, I think I will pounce on the counter, to the fridge and then to
the cupboards with those nice greenies on them and watch over my
realm.
I deserve at least that!!!!!

Well my purfriends, I get the house to myself pretty soon!
It is NFL football season 2007 and their precious team,
da Bills, kick off at 1:00 pm. Now that we live in Fla, they
don't get to see them in purson or on TV as much as they
would like. They go off somewhere to this place where there
are mega tvs and purson food. They usually come home right
after my nap, just in time fur me to POUNCE them!
Heh heh. Go Bills!!!!
Their other team, Michigan Wolverines, didn't do so well yesterday
and they aren't talking about it. Something about a 'trouncing'???
Oh well, gotta stake out my nap site....

Well, I sure have been busy!
Whew, my sisfur from J-ville and Jim
were down for an overnight. I know
that I get lots of pets and hugs when
they come 'round.
Just as they were walking in the house
the heavens opened up and it rained
and made noise for the rest of the day!
I think they may have brought it with
them. It was gone when we awoke this morning.
Meomy and sisfur went to water aerobics and
Papa and Jim made brunch for them. He is so
good to them. I wish they would all stop moving
about so and settle in ONE room! It is tiring going
room to room to be with all of them.
Oh, oh, I see those bags getting packed, I bet my
sisfur and friend are leaving. Oh no!! It is much
to soon!!!!
Well, I had a purrfectly wondurfurl holiday. I
hope all you cats did to!!!!!

Yesterday I was minding my own business,
lookin' out meomy's bedroom window from her
night stand and all I did was try to get down
fast and go to another window when I hear
this big BANG! tinkle tinkle tinkle tinkle and my
meomy comes in running as I go through the door!
How did that candy dish with cough drops get in
my way???? I have seen it for 2 years and it never
got in my way before.
I figured, now I did it and I would be in the cat-house
fur a long, long time. Luckily fur me, my meomy had
a doctor's appt. and had to leave shortly so she just
shut the door and said, "Oh, Samm-u-el!"
Funny thing, when she came back she didn't yell or
nuthin. She just calmly cleaned it all up while I just
laid there watchin.
I purred very sweetly so she knew that I really didn't
mean to break it. She was just glad that I didn't get
hurt.
I guess that's enuf fur one day.

Yep, I got it on good authority,
my meomy washed the car!
She says it is better than doin' the
'Rain Dance' whatever that is.
I watched her from my chair and
she huffed and puffed and was jest
a trippin' ofer this funny long thing,
that kept gettin' in her way. It had
water coming out of one end. Can
you believe that????????????
Meomy can I come out and play in the
water????????????????? WHAAAAA!!!!
Oh well, it probably would get me all
dirty and then I would have to wash

Where do the days go????????????????
My Papa is workin tomorrow so he will be home today at noon.
I hear they are going 'sploring our state again.
Growl, ever since they got that 'vertible they go out 'sploring.
Well, I showed THEM this morning. While THEY were having
their breakfast I was browsing the counter where my meomy
left her water glass. I LOVE drinking out of these funny plastic
glasses that are around our place. Anyhow, doesn't she catch
me and say, "Sammmm-ue-elllll down!"
So I gets down and she puts the glass by my food and calls me to
drink it now, as it is on the floor and not on the counter. Well I
showed her! I just sat and stared at her and then walked away!
SHOWED her a thing or two.

Well, this morning I had some fun w/my meomy.
I wuz carrying on like I had cornered a gecko!
She goes a yellin' for Papa to come and check.
This big guy pulls the little counter out from the
kitchen wall and says, there is nothing there!!.
Well, still I do my gecko watching thing and she
sez, yes there is! Soooo, this big guy gets down
on all fours, looks under the chest and pulls out
one of my tiny meeses that I play with. That's
all it was!!!!! MOL.
BOY, did I have HER going!!!
What shall I do now?

Wow, it sure is warm around here, but I be likin'
this sun.
My meomy signed up for catster plus yesterday
so I have a feelin' that the camera thingy will be
out for me to pose for some more pix!
I got thrown out of bed kinda early last night.
It wasn't MY fault! I was just cleaning meomy's
elbows. It was just a tad past 11 pm. Boy, she
is sure ungreatful! Oh well, it gave me more play
time with my teeny tiny meeses that I have.
Only problem is they go under the bedroom door
and I have to wait for morning to retrieve them!
Guess I will go look for some of those geckos.
None have been appearing in the porch at all.
I think my meomy must have pawsted a sign
"Gecko killer on duty".

This little guy I am attacking is Biff.
My pawrents found him in a gift shop
way before they knew me. Their son
has a friend Biff and this is a cat sooooo he
came to be part of the family.
Well, I don't much like him staring at
me while I am katnapping on the porch
and I always have to knock him down a
peg or two. Then I am content and
purringly take my nap.

and I am having a hard time writing in my diary.
My keyboard keeps slipping away from me.
This past weekend, my papa finished his big project.
He stained our drive and it looks purrrty good!
He got out this big pail and added some sand to it
and then got a brush and sat himself on the driveway.
Then he painted and skooched his way down the drive.
Heh heh, he rain out of stain when he was almost done.
My meowmy wanted him to roll the stain on but NO-OOOOH,
he wanted to do this skooching thing. Something about nooks
and crannies. He said next year he would roll it on.
Last night was fun. I went into my meomy and papa's bedroom
about 5:30 am and tried to get them to play. Well, that didn't
happen so I knocked over the lamp on my papa's night stand.
Boy, did THAT get their attention. It didn't work too well, though,
as it skeered me out of one cat life and I went a runnin' out of the
bedroom and I hear the door slam behind me. I don't think they
were too happy.
All was forgiven though, when they got up I got my tummy scratches
and life as I know it resumed.
Meow-ho-hum. Time for my afternoon nap!

Well yesterday was an interesting day.
One of those little geckos that I have seen
running around my bushes found hisself in
MY porch. Imagine that. He even thought
he could outwit ME.
My mommy saw that I was intent on SOMETHING
and she, being very squirmy about the critters
started watching me 'cause she didn't want it
comin' into the kitchen or heaven forbid the
BEDROOM!!!! She moved a pillow on the floor
of the porch and screamed, ran into the kitchen. She saw
a pretty good size dark gecco, well to her it
was pretty good size. Next thing I know, the screen
is open in the door, and slam go the sliding glass doors
and she leaves me to fend for myself. I had a grand ole
time just chasing that critter under the loveseat, around
the rockers, etc. Eventually tho, I got him. Now I won't
tell her if I et him or not, but he is not to be found on the
porch. I have been strutting proudly around ever since.
Now for a nice belated nap. I have been watchin' for more
of them critters.

Wow, what a busy weekend fur me. I had to help my mommy and papa with the jigsaw puzzle, but they still finished it. I guess I am losing my grip a bit.
Then papa cut down the hibiscus in furont of the windows so I can see out but now the geccos aren't climbing around in there. Darn. I guess I can watch them grow back aftfur my nap.
The storms came again and I was climbing up everything to get away from them. My mommy noticed this and turned my house around so I could go in and out of the diffurent floors easier. She also found all my toy meeses so I could go hide them again. I love that game. She gets out something called a 'vaccuum' and I go running. Next thing I sees, meeses. I wonder if they are in that thing? I don't know cause I am under a bed or somewhere else.
Ho hum, time fur anothfur nap.

My mama's been very sad today.
Jules went to the bridge. Hootie said
that he was just strutting his stuff when
