 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: February 2nd 2007
Likes: Playing, climbing, cuddling & trying to sit on the mouse cage.

Pet-Peeves: Nothing seems to peeve him, but he's probably frustrated that we don't let him climb on the mouse cage.

Favorite Toy: He's been super playful since he was a baby & all the world is his favorite toy. Especially the laser pointer & *anything* that can be used to play fetch.

Favorite Nap Spot: Often, with us or Jupiter. When he wants privacy, under the futon. On hot days, on top of the toilet tank.

Favorite Food: He enjoys an occasional dab of plain yogurt or a bit of waffle. Also, he's got an amazing sense of smell (even for a cat!) & is usually the 1st kitty to know when we buy cat treats.

Skills: He's very smart & intuitive. He began playing fetch almost immediately, & will jump on my back rather agressively if I don't toss his toy quick enough for him. He's also a talented heart-snatcher.

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story: An animal resue group was having an adoption day @ a local pet shop & I was enchanted with Karnak the moment I saw him-- he seemed to be playing with an "imaginary friend". When he snuggled in my arms & purred, he sealed the deal. A few days later, his foster dad brought him to us & he immediately fit into our multi-species family.

Bio: Karnak practically never says "meow" but he chirps & trills frequently, especially in greeting. Although he's fearless about climbing shelves, leaping through the air & exploring everything he can, he's only had 1 mishap since he's been with us-- when he put a curious paw on the rat cage, our hairless girl grabbed him with her teeth & refused to let go til I intervened (he was only slightly hurt, she only grabbed him hard enough to hang on & he tried to pull away). Since then he's been more cautious but no less curious & when and of our rats approach him he keeps a short distance. He absolutely adored our guinea pig (also a rescue) & the feeling was obviously mutual.
