Arrival Story:
Ruggles was a feral cat who was found in a field with his mother and two siblings. The three kittens were very young, and the entire family was starving. A jogger saw them and called the shelter. I saw him and fell in love with him, but Ruggles was quite sick for a long time with upper respiratory ailments, and I was not able to adopt him and bring him home until he was five months old. He is now a 16-pound baby who loves being cuddled!

Bio:
Because of his early hardships, Ruggles has asthma and snores a bit, and he is susceptible to colds. However, he is also extraordinarily affectionate and loving, purring and wheezing simultaneously.
