After I lost my Beloved Spanky to IBD and complications caused by Diabetes, I decided to foster cats for the local cat rescue group. Frodo came home with me one day and I couldn't give him up so he now has a Forever Home.
Bio:
Frodo is very timid but once he gets to know you he is a bundle of love. He's floppy like a bowl of jello which is how he got his nickname "Jello Baby".
