He actually will eat nothing besides IAMs multi cat and IAMS dog food.... nothing else, no people food no treats.. we've tried everything and he is not interested in anything else

He plays fetch like a dog regularly... brings a ball puts it at my feet cries i throw he chases and brings it back drops it at my feet and i throw again... he will do this for hours

indoors and outdoors

Arrival Story:
Last april i lost my beloved cat Meeko... he was my first cat that was actually my responsibility. Panther (the other cat inthe house) seemed rather lonely and was quite sad. We adopted a dog from the humane society in June (Shayne) and i realized how much i missed having a two cat household. So we shopped around at different shelters for that perfect who was kinda independant, liked other cats, okay with dogs... and in the bottom cage at the far corner sat a quiet lil guy just hiding. He was an owner surrender--they were getting divorced. I took him out to play with him and i asked if he was okay w/ other cats and they weren't sure so they tested him and they brought in what they thought was a cat friendly cat and the other cat flipped out and hissed and swat at him and he just sort of looked at her and didnt' seem to be bothered by her. He was so layed back and relaxed even after this that i knew he was perfect...and he is indeed.

When we first brought him home my other cat was sooo unhappy with us! She spat at him in the box ... but Joey was so chill. It took them a long time but Joey insisted on playing and Panther kept hissing and swatting... but finally they are pals and Panther even initiates chasing games sometimes. A cute thing...joey can't meow... he sort of Coos like a baby almost like a soft trill. very cute. He also LOVES water--he jumps in the tub when i'm giving the dogs baths 1/2 the time!
