I had a wife but she quit Catster. :(

A new Animal at our house!

Mom was chosen to test the new Dyson DC28 Vacuum and has been testing it on everything she can find to vacuum. The first thing she noticed is how much suction it has! She has an older Dyson DC07 and thought it was the best vacuum she ever had but this one seems to be much more powerful and picks up even more then the old one does. There are three of us, my brother Webster who has long hair, my brother Ringo who has medium hair and me, I have short fine kitty hair. Both my brothers have undercoats of very fine hair that they shed.

The first thing she tried was the turbo tool on the furniture. OMC did that work nice! It got all the hair off with no trouble at all! Usually she has to vacuum and vacuum to get most of the hair off the furniture and the turbo tool took it ALL off with no trouble. Because Webster's hair is long it wraps around the brushes a lot but Dyson thought of that and made the tool so you can just slide the brush out, clean the hair off, slide it back in and you are ready to continue vacuuming.

Next she tried the crevice tool. This tool had a great feature. It can be used like any other crevice tool on the cracks in the furniture that you can't get to with the other tools and as an added bonus it has a brush that slides forward that you can use on lamp shades and other delicate things that you don't want to scratch!

The next thing she tried was the upholstery tool. She tried it on the furniture to see if it did any better then the turbo tool. It actually did just as good a job but was slower to remove all the hair then the turbo tool because it lacked the brush action. But it's great on things that aren't full of hair like the mattresses etc.

The flat out tool is great for getting under things and entryway rugs that are hard to shake but a regular vacuum just lifts it up instead of just gliding across it.

The last thing she did was use the vacuum without the tools. OMC it cleans way down deep in the carpet. It pulled things up that haven't seen the light of day for a very long time. We knew the old Dyson DC07 was getting things up deeper down then our Dirt Devil but the Dyson DC28 vacuumed circles around the Dyson DC07. An added bonus is that it is much quieter then any other vacuum we have ever had. None of us ran away from it and you can actually hold a conversation while it is running. If your looking for a powerful vacuum that will work as an upright and equally well with the tools the Dyson DC28 is for you!

I've been made COTW! I am so excited! I don't know what to say except thank you HQ for bestowing me with such an honor and the opportunity to brag to my dog brothers Webster and Ringo! (just kidding I really do love my brothers) I want to thank everyone for all the pmails, friend requests and the pretties on my page.

To make matters even more exciting my best cat friend Hambone was made COTD yesterday too so we got to celebrate together at the Boys Only Bunker!

Wilson We Love You.

This is the hardest diary entry that I have ever had to write. Yesterday we said goodbye to a dear friend. Our Dog friend Wilson made the journey to the Rainbow Bridge. His human family is heartbroken and I'm sure his furfamily is too, Cletis his brother and Tater his cousin were very close. Wilson's journey to the Bridge has left a huge hole in the hearts of his Boys Only Bunker family and many other friends that he had on Dogster and Catster.

Our Wilson was one of the most caring dogs we knew, he was always there to friend any pup that needed a friend, he was the life of the Bunker, always trying to take care of the rest of us but getting into trouble while doing it. He loved his bike and loved to tease the girls by squirting them with his super soaker but ran at the first sign that any were going to try to kiss him.

Have a safe journey Wilson and rest up because we are patiently waiting for you to come and take care of us at the Bunker once you get used to your wings.

Maid Service Gone Bad! September 15, 2007

Saturday morning Stinky Pete woke up, made coffee and read Sassy's note about her good news.

Dr. Pressel called tonight about 9 pm with my results from the 3 aspirates they drew yesterday. The big one on my right rear paw and ankle is a follicle tumor caused from a hair. Benign! The one just behind my bottom part of my rear leg that is the size of a pea is just a lymph node module. WooHoo! The lymph node that was the major concern that is located on my inner thigh that is enlarged is a Sarcoma which is a type of Cancer but I don't believe is as bad as a Carcinoma. The cells from the draw were so very small they can't be sure exactly what it is. They have scheduled another appointment for me Tuesday to do another draw to try to get more fluid or whatever it is for better test results. Also x-ray that entire leg to find the origin of the cancer. What sounds very promising to me is that the cells were so tiny where they did find cancer that maybe it has been caught in very early stages. We won't know exactly what is going on until the find the source and how aggressive it is. Personally I expected a much worse phone call so we are all celebrating here. Mommy was told I am a very strong little girl by many of the Vets, nurses and staff members at the Pacific Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Services so I think we will beat this thing. Keep those prayers coming in because I think all of this so far is nothing less than a miracle. The Power Of The Paw!!!!!!

He then called Clyde to see if he knew what time the maids were coming to clean the Dream House and leaves us a note to tell us what is going on.

Clyde was not real clear about when the maids are coming. He's going to take Katie, Tallulah and Sandy out to dinner someplace real fancy and they won't be back until around 9:00 or so. He will be picking them up about 6:30 and he is going to talk Katie into leaving the money in the mailbox. hehe

Later that evening we all gathered at the Bunker and Webster and Wilson changed into their maid costumes. We all laughed so hard I thought we were we could hardly breath! HAHAHAHAHA. Then Ringo squirted them with some of Mom's perfume. Ugh did that stink. Then Ringo gave them each an ID card with their new names on them, Petunia Wilson and Priscilla Webster! MOL! After agreeing on a signal of 3 barks if the coast was clear Webster and Wilson took off for the Dream House.

After a few minutes we heard the 3 barks and all went running over there. Webster found the money in the mail box right where it was suppose to be so we all grabbed cleaning stuff and started cleaning up the mess. We get all done cleaning and the place looked great! The last thing we needed to do is put the soap in the dishwasher and turn it on so Wilsonput the whole box of soap in it and some bleach because the dishes were so crusty and turns the dishwasher on. We grab all the food that the girls cooked for the maids and took off for the Bunker.

After we got back to the Bunker, unloaded the food and started to chow down. Ringo had to go out and visit some bushes and when he was done he came running back in to tell us there was some white stuff all around the Dream House. We all ran to the window and saw some white foamy
stuff ooozing out of the Dream House!

Thinking fast we decided that Wilson was going to hide the telephone so the girls couldn't call the maid service and find out that we canceled the appointment, took the money and did the cleaning ourselves. But as he entered the house he slipped in the water and accidentally pulled the phone out of the wall, knocked over a bunch of stuff and made another big mess! Stinky Pete came running in behind Wilson and slid over to the dishwasher and put some vinegar in it and splashed some around the the rest of house to take away the suds. MOL By the time Stinky Pete left the Dream House a lot of the girls things were floating out the door. :/

Right after Stinky Pete got back from the Dream House we hear Katie yelling at the top of her lungs "WILSON!!!!" just then Clyde comes back after taking the girls home and tells us that they saw stuff floating out of the Dream House when they got there!! It wasn't too long and Katiewas knocking at the Bunker door. Boy was Katie hopping mad but after awhile she seemed to settle down and by the time she left she wasn't too upset with us because she knew that we really tried and didn't mean to make that big mess.

After Katie left we started talking abut a party for Webster's Gotcha day that was coming up and "Talk Like A Pirate Day" which is the day after Webster's Gotcha Day. We thought it would be nice to invite the girls to the Webster's party but none of us wanted to have girls in the Bunker so we started making plans to build a Cabana! We were all really tired so decided to get some sleep and start on the Cabana the next day.

The Maid Service! September 10, 2007 - September 14, 2007

Monday Wilson and Webster woke up to a note signed "anonymous":

Webster immediately put out a reward for his bike and Wilson got so upset he didn't know what to do so he posted this message:

SOMEBODY TOOK MY BIKE !!!!.. WAAAAAaaaaaaa!

.. Somebody took my bike. I am tryin reel hard not to cry.
I want my bike back. And I need it for quick get aways.
Just because me and my buddies drive around and spray girls with our Super Soakers. hehee. That is all we did . I don't see the ploblem. It's only water. And IT IS funny !.. hahahahhahahaa.. heheheehe.. But one of them has taken my bike and Websters bike and has chained and locked it to a fence.

NOTE for the girl who took it.
Dear girl, gib me my bike back girlie.

If somebody wants to buy me a new bike you can.

I am not sure what to do right now.

I am prolly gonna tell. So whoever did it better hurry and get it back to me.

Later Wilson went to check the Dream House as usual, you never know when Katie and Tallulah might have done some baking. As he opened the door SMACK, the kissing machine got him! He ran as fast as he could wiping his face with his paw as he ran. Later that evening Sandy went to the Dream house and as she walked it she found all the files and bees, so she diligently caught all the flies and used bee spray on the bees. After she was done she tidied up the place and left locking the door behind her.

During the night Cherry came to the Bunker, gave it a good cleaning and left some brownies, Greenies, catnip tea, spam, sardines, Slim Jims and a cookbook. When Stinky Pete, Otis Bubba and Hambone got to the Bunker that day we were talking how we noticed that Sandy had cleaned the Dream House and were wondering if Katie and Tallulah were still going to get a maid service and charge us for it. We figured we would have to wait and see if Clyde, Whiskey or Rascal could get any information from their sisters, Katie, Tallulah and Sandy.

Wednesday Spuds came in dragging boxes of bones, steaks and minnows. Now one was around so he went home to see if his mom would let him go bunny hunting. Later in the day Webster came running into the Bunker all excited! Cletis found the bikes and Sassy cut the chain with her dads bolt cutters. Webster wasn't around so Cletis and Wilson went to pick up the bikes and Cletis rode Webster's bike back to the Bunker. When Webster saw his bike he was sooo excited and happy!

Thursday Clyde came with news about the girls. He said they were over at the Dream House baking and making drinks for the maids that were coming on Saturday. So they were still planning to have the maids clean and charge us for it. Wilson and Stinky Pete snuck over to the girls place and peeked in the window so see what they were baking and both of them left droll all over the window still. MOL

Friday night was pretty quiet, we talked about our plans for cleaning the Dream House on Saturday and how we were going to make sure the girls were gone when we got to the Dream House to do the cleaning. We ordered pizza and turned in early so we'd be all rested for the next day.

The Cinnamon Rolls! September 4th - September 9th

Tuesday evening Wilson came riding up to the Bunker all excited because he got a brand new bike! He was looking for Webster because they had plans to go out and squirt girls with super soakers that night. They succeeded in squirting several girls and thought they got way with it. Later they found out that they didn't get away totally unnoticed.

On Wednesday Stinky Pete and Otis Bubba showed up with new motorized scooters with little trunks on the back! Now it will be easier for them to help raid the Dream House!

By Thursday morning the girls were starting to figure out who squirted them and were planning revenge. They were all madder then wet hens!

Friday Hambone and I were discussing bikes and how we could get one too. The problem was that neither of us had long enough legs to pedal a bike. We thought maybe we should get scooters like Otis Bubba and Stinky Pete and were looking around at the different options when Hambone found the coolest rickshaws with a bike attached to the front that we could ride in. The only problem was who would pedal it. We had to get someone that would work cheap because we didn't have any money. MOL I checked Rent-a-pedal-guy.com and Hambone put an ad in the paper for a driver.

After Hambone left, Rascal and Whiskey stopped by to chat for awhile, they were new to the neighborhood so Ringo, Webster and I sat around chatting, drinking Pupsi and catnip tea with them and getting to know them a little.

The next day we had 3 good applicants and they would all work for grass! They were all Billy the goats cousins. We decided to hire all 3 so Hambone and I could each have our own rickshaw and we could have one that we could ride in together. Billy Bob, Bubba Bob and Bubba were to be our drivers. Soon Pop was calling us to tell Webster and Ringo it was time for their "W".

Saturday Hambone came to invite me to catch minnows with him so we can shoot them at the girls with our slingshots. MOL and Cletis came to show us a picture of the cool new bed he got! Later that evening Cletis came back again to tell us that Wilson wouldn't be coming to the Bunker that night because he had hives real bad and an upset tummy. We were sitting around talking to Rascal again when Sassy dropped in. She is a girl but we made an exception to the rules for her temporarily because she has been very ill and just had surgery. We just got the news that her tests for cancer came back B9 and we were all very very happy. Anyhow she just dropped in to say hi but when she found out about Wilson she swung into action. This girl is amazing. She just went through a very traumatic experience but she still had time to worry about someone else. She contacted someone she knew who could tell us what stuff to give Wilson and how much to give him for his itchy hives and for his tummy. Soon after Sassy left we all decided to go to bed.

During the night Cherry came and cleaned the Bunker and set up a football buffet with sandwiches, wings, munchies and cupcakes. What a sweetheart she is! As the morning wore on the guys started arriving to watch the football game. Wilson got a craving for cinnamon rolls so he went over to the girls place to see if they had any. He found the door unlocked so he let himself in to look around for some cinnamon rolls, leaving the door open. He didn't find any so he decided he would make some himself. Wilson got busy making cinnamon rolls and in the process he spilled flour and honey on the floor. Soon he was swatting flies and bees. He grabbed his "cinnamon rolls" and ran out the door and went back to the Bunker. He put his "cinnamon rolls" in the kitchen and went out to find Cletis. He told Cletis that he would pay him $10 if he went to the Dream House and got rid of the flies and Bees. Cletis went to the Dream house with a fly swatter but quickly decided it was too big a job and ran out to find Wilson to give him his $10 back. When Cletis got to the Bunker Wilson wasn't there so he took one of the freshly made "cinnamon rolls" and took a bite. He spit the bite out and ran to get a drink of water. One by one the rest of us tried to eat those "cinnamon rolls" and each of us ended up burying them or throwing them in the lake. They were the worst things anyone had ever tasted! Even Billy didn't want them! Wilson thought he would try one more thing to get rid of the bees and flies, he rode by real slow on his bike and threw a can of bug spray at the Dream House, it went right through the window, breaking that and the Tiffany lamp inside, and set off the alarm. When the girls came back from grocery shopping and found the mess and the flies and bees in the the house they were extremely angry. They told their brother Clyde that they were going to hire maids to clean up the mess and send us the bill. A little later Roxie Doxie went into the Dream House and not noticing the flies and bees, sprayed decontamination spray and perfume and set up an automatic kissing machine that would automatically kiss anyone that came into the house.

When Clyde told us what the girls were planning, we figured we had to come up with a plan to get the Dream House cleaned so we wouldn't have to pay for maids to go over there and do it. Ringo and Webster came up with a plan. We would call and cancel the maid service and show up in their place. They would have to pay in advance and Webster and Wilson would dress up as maids to collect the money. Then when Katie and Tallulah left we would all go over there and clean up the mess. We would get the Dream House cleaned and make money doing it!

The Camping Trip! August 27 - September 3rd

Monday Wilson was looking in the Dream House window and saw Sassy delivering a bunch of food. Ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, salmon, vegetables, rolls, pies and peanut butter cookies! What he didn't see was that she left a note telling us that half the food was for us. When I got to the Bunker Wilson was putting on a disguise so he could get into the Dream House without being recognized. I told him that I had a bad feeling and thought it may be a trap. I had to leave to go help mom with dinner. While I was gone Stinky Pete came and Wilson told him about the food so he decided to get a disguise too and help Wilson go to the Dream House and get the food. Wilson and Stinky Pete went into the Dream House, got the food, got out and back to the Bunker without making a huge mess or getting caught! When I got back from helping mom Stinky Pete, Otis Bubba , Wilson and Cletis were already eating the food. Pretty soon Ringo and Webster came in and we all pigged out. All that is except Webster who doesn't like anything and wouldn't even try the food. Wilson and Stinky Pete were telling Ringo how easy it was to get in and out of the Dream House with their disguises and that they didn't even break anything. Ringo always thinking like a Security Chief asked if they left any evidence behind that could be traced back to them, like DNA. Stinky Pete said that he did spill a little gravy but licked it up before he left. This got Ringo all worried so he decided that he and Cletis would go back and spray Lysol in the kitchen to disinfect it and get rid of any evidence. After everyone went to bed Ringo, Webster and I were talking and we were a little worried that we would all get sick for eating so much food. So we decided to go out and eat some grass before bedtime to ward off anything that might make us sick. During the night we heard Wilson, Stinky Pete and Cletis get up and run outside because they had tummy aches and had to go real bad! After a few more hours of sleep they all got up and everyone was fine. No more tummy problems.

The next day after we all got up we started planning for the holiday weekend coming up. We decided to go camping for the 3 day weekend! We kept checking the Dream House for food but the girls hadn't been cooking or baking for over a week!

Wednesday and Thursday we started planning what we needed to gather for the camping trip and getting a few things together. Hambone and I started to catch minnows to take along for snacking and for fishing, and we made a list of all the food and equipment we needed and put it up on the fridge:

When we got up Friday morning we found all the stuff from our list waiting for us, there were even things there that we forgot to put on the list! Our sweet guardian angel Cherry had gone shopping during the night and dropped the stuff off at the Bunker so we would have it for our trip. By Friday night we were almost all packed up so we could leave fairly early Saturday morning. On Saturday morning while we were packing the last minute things, Spuds showed up with a case of steaks, spam and some cans of salmon. We were going to eat good on this trip! Finally we were ready to leave, we loaded up the 2 wagons and hitched them up to Billy. It was slow going with Billy pulling both wagons but with a little bit of coaxing and a little pushing and pulling we finally got to the campsite. By that time it was starting to get dark so we hurried and got everything unloaded, got the tent up and the fire started so we could roast hotdogs and marshmallows! While we were cooking our food, we heard a big noise in the woods, big enough to make everyone's fur stand up and puff out. Ringo finally decided to go investigate when all of a sudden something HUGE walked out of the woods right into our camp site. It was SASQUATCH! WE were all real scared and trying to figure out what to do when Wilson out of the blue asked the SASQUATCH if he wanted a smore. He was just kidding of course but to our surprise the SASQUATCH answered! He said, "Why yes I would, thank you sir! I thought you'd never ask!" MOL After awhile we decided he was pretty friendly but he really was stinky! We all thought that I should take him home to mom to clean him up and feed him, mom feeds any stray that happens by. MOL So off we went. Mom gave him a bath and fed him and then I brought him back to camp. He hung around for awhile with us but could sense that the others were still a little afraid and didn't trust him so he went back to his den. We roasted some marshmallows, Wilson and I told scary stories and we went to bed.

The next day most of the guys slept real late because we were up so late. Wilson and I went out fishing. Wilson went back to camp early but I fished all morning and when I got back with my catch everyone was eager to eat. Hambone and I cleaned the fish and Stinky Pete cooked them for us. While I was gone Ringo and Webster told everyone that SASQUATCH was someone that they hired to play a trick on us! Wilson and Cletis went out to gather wood so we could cook but pretty soon they came back. Wilson was all upset and wanted to go home, Cletis said that Wilson was messing with a snake and it bit him! So Cletis took him home so his mom could look at it. Then Peanut showed up, we sat around and talked for awhile and then we all went to bed except Ringo and Webster, they decided to take a run around the lake before they went to bed. They told us the next day that they returned to camp several hours later after being chased through the woods for hours by SASQUATCH! What?!?!?! There really is a SASQUATCH?!?!?

Monday we got up, listened to Ringo and Webster's story about SASQUATCH chasing them and just hung around the campsite fishing and swimming all day. Ringo set up a couple of cardboard cutouts of Tater and Spuds because they couldn't be there for pictures and I took a picture of us all at the camp site. By the time dinner time rolled around we realized that there wasn't any food left. Webster used Wilson's cell phone and called our mom and asked her to drive them to get pizza for us. Meanwhile Stinky Pete and Otis Bubba decided to go check the Dream House for goodies. They got back to camp with chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon rolls about the same time Ringo, Webster and I got back with the pizza. As soon as they smelled the pizza Hambone, Clyde, Cletis, Peanut and Wilson came running back to camp to eat. After dinner while the others were getting the fire going I ran into town to one of those instant film developing places to get the film developed. When we looked at them back at the camp site we were all shocked to see SASQUATCH lurking in the back by the tents! When the fire was going good we all settled in and listened to Stinky Pete tell a scary story. Then we all had a snack and turned in early because we had to get up early the next day to pack everything up.

Tuesday morning we packed everything up and headed back to the Bunker.

Wilson's New Red Shoes! - 8/24/2007

I was walking by the Dream House when I saw Wilson through the window, so I went inside to see what he was up to. just as I got inside I looked out the window just in time to see him running towards his bike with only one shoe on. I ran out the door and tried to catch him but didn't catch up to him until he reached the Bunker. By the time I got there he was in his room crying. It seems he got new red bicycle shoes so he could ride his bike with Webster, who just got a new bike and when his foot got caught in an invisible trap at the Dream House and when he tried to pull it out one of his shoes stayed stuck in the trap. After Wilson calmed down a little we decided to take a pry bar back to the Dream House and try to pry his shoe out of the trap. We worked at it a long time but just couldn't seem to get the trap open. Just when we decided that it was hopeless and were going to look for some goodies before we left Sassy came in the door! We both ran out of the Dream House as fast as we could but Sassy spotted Wilson and followed us to the Bunker.

We ran into the Bunker as fast as we could and turned on all the security stuff hoping it would keep Sassy out. She was coming after the food that we took from the Dream House. We couldn't let her find the food so in desperation we gathered it all up, put it in coolers and floated the coolers in the pool. While we were getting the coolers into the pool we heard Sassy coming. Scared that she would find us we jumped into the water with the coolers. While Sassy was searching for us by the pool Stinky Pete showed up and saw Sassy searching around the pool. He tried to tell Sassy that we weren't there but she didn't believe him and she jumped into the water to find us. Sassy hauled Wilson out of the pool and put paw cuffs on him. Just then Otis Bubba showed up and wanted to know what was going on. She told Otis Bubba that Wilson was under arrest for being at the Dream House and making a mess and he was behind the couch when she walked in. His shoe is stuck in the trap there and he's under arrest for going potty in the water and making bubbles that stink in the water. Pollution act #2222 is a federal crime. While Stinky Pete and Otis Bubba talked to Sassy and tried to get her to let Wilson go, I decided to turn on the charm and see if I could soften her up a little. I started to rub against her legs and purr all the while watching the paw cuff key so I could grab it when the time was right. First I tried to pick the lock but then remembered that I didn't have any claws so it wouldn't work. I started rubbing and purring again and soon had my chance. I grabbed the key and quickly unlocked the paw cuffs. Wilson ran as fast as he could, jumped on his bike and rode away.

Later that night when we came back to the Bunker again, Ringo and Webster were there. Webster was reading a new book he just got called "Red Bicycle Shoe Recovery for Dummies." Soon some of the other the guys showed up and we told them about Wilson's shoe. After discussing the possible whereabouts of Wilson's shoe and not getting any ideas, we decided to go raid the Dream House for food. Wilson, Webster,Stinky Pete, Hambone, Otis Bubba and I went to the Dream House, While Ringo and Cletis stayed at the Bunker to discuss some security matters. We hit the jackpot at the Dream House! The girls had all kinds of cookies stashed away in Tupperware containers in the cupboard over the refrigerator. Stinky Pete threw them down to the rest of us so we could load them into Wilson's bicycle basket. Of course we had to eat a couple while we were loading them. Wilson went to the sink to get a drink but after he was done the faucet wouldn't turn off! Stinky Pete poured some cooking oil on the faucet to try and loosen it but that didn't help at all. We quickly turned the water off at the shutoff under the sink but then noticed that the sink was plugged! Webster remembered that heating things could loosen them and got a lighter to heat it with but quickly decided it wasn't a good idea because of the oil on it. Wilson in his excitement grabbed the lighter from Webster and and pointed it at the faucet catching the oil and the curtains on fire! Stinky Pete grabbed the fire extinguisher and we finally got the fire out but boy what a mess we had by then. We still had to figure out how to get the drain unplugged so we tried some Draino that we found under the sink but that didn't do any good. We decided to clean up the mess and get out of there before the girls came home and found us there so we all grabbed rags and started scrubbing. Wilson and Webster found a mop and mopped the floor and Stinky Pete took the curtains down and planned to get new ones and bring them back the next day. When we were done cleaning up the mess and were getting ready to leave I decided to reach into the drain and see if I could feel what was in there and eureka I found something! After pulling and pulling I finally got what was plugging the sink out. It was Wilson's shoe! Sassy had hidden his shoe in the kitchen drain! It didn't look much like Wilson's shoe anymore because the Draino had ruined it.

While we were all debating whether we should save the ruined shoe for evidence and sue Sassy, Ringo showed up because he smelled the smoke and heard the commotion all the way from the Bunker. After we told him what happened he decided to treat it as a crime scene. He got some yellow crime scene tape and wrapped it around the Dream House. He filled out a report. By then we were all very tired so we all went back to the Bunker, crawled into hammocks and went to sleep.

The Luau!

Everyone has been bustling about getting ready for the Luau tonight. Hambone and I dug the pit for the pig roast, Otis Bubba helped Hambone haul in the food for appetizers and the Pina Catladas and Stinky Pete got some Hawaiian music playing down by the pool. We lit the Tiki lanterns and the pit and sat around the pool sipping our drinks and just enjoying the evening. After we ate and were relaxing again the hula dancers that we hired showed up. We'd all had a few drinks under our belts and got brave enough to try hula dancing with them. then we played a little ring toss and at the end of the evening we all gathered together for a group picture. Clyde, Tater and Spuds couldn't make it to the luau so Ringo ran and got some cardboard cutouts of them so they could be in the picture too, even the hula dancers agreed to be in the picture with us. By this time everyone was getting tired so we crawled into our hammocks and went to sleep for the night. It was a great party and no one got in trouble!

Ringo couldn't sleep so he got up and decided that as long as he was awake he'd clean up the mess so Cherry wouldn't have to. He was in a playful mood so he thought he'd play a trick on the girls. He took the cardboard cutout of Wilson to the Dream House and taped it on the inside of the door facing out so it looked like Wilson standing there looking out the window of the door.

The next day Wilson was walking by and saw himself looking out of the window of the dream house. He ran inside and tried to take it down but Ringo had used so much duct tape that Wilson couldn't get it loose. So he ran and got some paint and started painting over it. He was so nervous that he was in a panic, he heard a little noise and accidentally spilled the paint all over the living room and curtains. In and even bigger panic he quickly changed the cutout to look like Billy the goat and ran out of the Dream House leaving blue foot prints all over the house and all the way to the Bunker. He got to the Bunker and told Stinky Pete, Otis Bubba and Cletis what happened. Cletis went with Wilson to help him get the paint off his paws, and Stinky Pete and Otis Bubba went over to the Dream House to try to clean up the mess. Stinky Pete and Otis Bubba got the paint cleaned up off the floor and brought the curtains back to the Bunker to see if they could get them clean. Otis Bubba took the curtains down to the pool to soak them, hoping that the chlorine in the water would help get the paint out.

In the meantime Wilson is back at the Bunker trying to figure out how he's going to get himself out of this mess with the girls. While he was thinking about it he happened to look out the window and saw the neighbor Marylou sitting on a bench outside. Suddenly he had an idea, he grabbed the paintbrush with the blue paint on it and a piece of leftover coconut pie and ran out the door. He told Marylou to close her eyes because he had a surprise for her, he gently painted her paws blue, tells her she can open her eyes, quickly hands her the piece of pie, and runs as fast as he can back to the Bunker.

After awhile Otis Bubba goes back to the pool to get the curtains and sees that the paint didn't come out. Just as they decided that they were going to have to buy new curtains for the Dream House, Cherry came by with some peanut butter cookies, greenies and some Shout! Otis Bubba sprayed the curtains and took them back to the pool to soak. After awhile he went back to get them and was happy to see the paint was gone. He hung them up to dry. After they were dry he and Wilson took them back to the Dream House and hung them back on the windows. Before they left they decided to check the kitchen for goodies. Tallulah hadn't been baking in a while so they checked to see what was in the freezer and hit the jackpot! Otis Bubba brought his wagon to haul the curtains in so they quickly loaded the wagon with food from the freezer and took it back to the Bunker. Katie and Tallulah came home and found all their food gone, Tallulah was not happy because now she had to cook the stuff all over again.

Wilson had been trying to get Webster to get a bike for quite a while and Webster had been checking eBay for one but couldn't find one that would fit him. Well on Wednesday August 22nd mom surprised Webster with a custom bike. He was so excited he went riding around on it right away. Wilson saw him on it and got all excited but Webster found out it didn't fit right and they had to send it back to the bike shop for some adjustments. He was so disappointed that he couldn't eat and poor Wilson was hyperventilating. Thursday Webster got his bike back. He and Wilson were planning on riding that evening but as luck would have it it started to rain, so now they have to wait until Friday to take their first ride. Now Otis Bubba and Webster are looking for bikes!

Tallulah is baking again! Both Wilson and Stinky Pete came in with lots of yummy stuff to eat today. Stinky Pete also brought a combination lock that he found at the girls place. Wilson said that Sassy brought the lock to the Dream house so they could lock the freezer. Good thing Stinky Pete found it or we wouldn't be able to get into the freezer for all the good stuff Tallulah puts in there!

Tater's Birthday and the Girls Surf and Turf!

Tater's Birthday is next Thursday so we decided to celebrate Saturday night, the same day the girls were having their Turf and Surf. The Bunker was bustling all day with activity, everyone was getting ready to raid the Turf and Surf party and Hambone and I were busy decorating for Tater's party.

While we were waiting for Tater to arrive we could smell the charcoal aroma coming from the girls BBQ grill, boy did it smell good! By the time Tater got there we were all sitting with little puddles at our feet in anticipation of the steak and shrimp we were going to sneak in and take.

When we built the Dream House for the girls we also built a small trap door in the back that leads into the cupboard, Stinky Pete, Otis Bubba, Hambone and I have no trouble getting in and out there but the bigger guys have to suck in and squeeze to get through it. Tonight we planned to use the trap door to get in and get the food Katie and Tallulah were serving their guests.

We smaller guys went in and were going to hand the food up through the trap door to the others but Wilson decided to come down too. Being as quiet as we could we started handing the food up through the trap door to Ringo and Webster. Clyde was keeping an eye on Katie and Tallulah so he could alert us if they started heading for the kitchen. Just as we passed the last of the food through the trap door Katie thought she heard something. Wilson started to panic and shake which made noise. We all quickly ran into the cupboard and out the trap door except Wilson who was frozen in fear! Katie started heading for the kitchen to see what the commotion was but thinking fast Stinky Pete quickly ran to the front door and knocked. Tallulah answered the door and Katie was still heading for the kitchen. Stinky Pete finally gets Katie's attention just as she was about to open the kitchen door. Meanwhile in the kitchen, Wilson was still in a panic. He finally got to the trap door but got stuck halfway through! I ran back into the kitchen with a bungee rope and helped tie it around Wilson's waist so we could pull him up through the trap door. We all started pulling on the rope trying to get Wilson unstuck. Well Wilson finally broke loose and went flying all the way to the duck pond in the park on the other side of the block! They all ran out through the trap door just as Katie came through the kitchen door and noticed that all of their food was gone. I didn't make it and was hiding in the cupboard when I heard her yelling Wilson's name, she was sure he was the one that stole all the food. As luck would have it when I was crawling out the trap door there was a big old dead rat laying by the house. Thinking fast I grabbed the rat and ran back through the trap door through the kitchen and into the living doom just in time to see Katie and Tallulah were getting ready to run out and find Wilson. I laid the big rat down at their feet and told them that the rat is what did all the damage and ate all the food and they believed me! Then Wilson and Webster came back dripping wet and wrapped in towels from the pond to find out what all the commotion was about, they told Katie and Tallulah that they were swimming and heard them calling Wilson's name. Katie and Tallulah finally were convinced that the rat did all the damage and ate all the food!

We ran back to the Bunker just in time to see Tater arriving for his Birthday party. I lit the grill and while we were waiting for the steaks and shrimp to cook we all toasted Tater, sang Happy Birthday and toasted Sweet Cherry because it was her 6 month anniversary of becoming an angel. Then the steaks were ready and we ate and ate until we all felt like we were going to bust. It was now time to give Tater his birthday present, we got him his very own fire truck so he doesn't have to use his mama's truck and more. We all went out and piled into the truck and Tater gave us a ride. We drove by the girls place to see if they wanted a ride too, but no one was home, so we just drove around and everyone got a chance to ring the bell on the truck. We finally went back to the Bunker, talked a little while and then we all headed off to bed.

The rest of the week was pretty quiet, we discussed building a party room by the garage so that the boys and girls can get together if they want to and when to have our kissing booth and we decided to have a Luau this coming Saturday!

There was one incident when Roxie Doxie snuck into the bunker and kissed Wilson, boy was he upset!

The Kissing Machine!

As we all know some girls like to bake and Tallulah happens to be one of them. Well the Bunker boys got into the habit of visiting the Dream House and helping themselves to whatever Tallulah happened to bake that day. It seems that the girls were getting pretty tired of their stuff disappearing so one day when Stinky Pete was there helping himself to cinnamon rolls for all of us he got a little surprise. As he grabbed for the cinnamon rolls all of a sudden something kissed him. Roxie Doxie had installed a KISSING MACHINE! Stinky Pete, thinking fast, cut the cord on the kissing machine and tore out of there as fast as his little legs could carry him to warn Wilson and the others what happened.

A little later we decided to sneak back into the Dream House to see if Tallulah baked any more goodies. We hit the jackpot! She had been very busy baking cookies, cakes, pies and cinnamon rolls. We all grabbed stuff and ran back to the bunker. We were a little worried about Tater because he seemed to be a little slow and we were afraid he'd get caught but he was fine, Wilson reminded us that it was Taters first girls baked goods heist hehehe. When we were running out of the Dream House Wilson tripped on something and heard it break but wasn't sure what it was so we figured we needed to have an alibi. Ringo can up with this great idea, so he went back to the Dream House and left Tallulah and Katie a note:

When Katie and Tallulah got home they saw the big mess we made and the broken Tiffany lamp that Wilson broke. Katie told Tallulah about the goat Ringo mentioned in his note but neither of them saw any goat tracks, only Wilsons tracks and they were sure that Wilson was the one that made the huge mess. They decided they needed to go back to the store to get more ingredients to make some more goodies for their Turf and Surf party.

We decided we had to prove to the girls that the goat really did do the damage so Stinky Pete went over to the Dream House, checked to make sure the girls were gone, went back out, untied Billy the goat and brought him into the Dream House. He walked Billy around a little so he would leave foot prints and let him chew a little on the curtains and table cloth, then he took Billy back outside, let him loose and left the back door open.

We then decided that we needed to get the Kissing Machine out of there before the girls could get it repaired. The plan was for Wilson, Stinky Pete and Hambone and Webster to go inside and get the machine out the door into the goat cart, the rest of the guys were at the boat wait for us to bring the machine so we could load it onto the boat and take it to the midle of the pool and sink it. Everything went as planned and we got out of there before Tallulah and Katie got back home. We got it back to the Bunker and after a lot of discussion decided that it would be better if Otis Bubba, Ringo and Wilson would reprogram it so it would kiss the girls and instead of us.

The girls came back home from their shopping and saw the big mess and the GOAT tracks. They felt real bad because they were accusing us of doing all the damage. MOL So they decided to bake us a bunch of goodies to make up for being so mean to us! hahaha.

We all decided to get some sleep and Ringo, Wilson and Otis Bubba would finish reprogramming the Kissing Machine the next day. After everyone was asleep, Ringo and Webster got back up and went down to the water where the Kissing Machine was. Webster had the great idea that they wanted to work on before the rest of us woke up. They cut, hammered, sawed and painted most of the night until they finished their secret project and then crept back into bed to wait for morning when the rest of us got up to see what they did. When the rest of us saw it we couldn't believe our eyes, it looked just like Wilson! Now all that needed to be done was the rest of the reprogramming.

The next night was Sassy's birthday party so we all stayed out of trouble for a change.

Wilsons Back!

Since Wilson got back he's been up to his old tricks, Thursday he was riding his bike around town and squirting all the girls! MOL He riles them up so badly that they take it out on all of us!!!

Friday morning Stinky Pete stopped by the Bunker to grab some cold pizza for his breakfast, while he was there he noticed that the pool level was down and figured we must have a leak! Stinky Pete told Ringo and Ringo told me to hire a consulting company to check out the pool. After the consulting company checked thing out we were shocked to find out why our pool was losing water! Here is the note and report and note I left for Stinky Pete:

I talked to Ringo and he told me to hire a consulting company to check for leaks in the pool. I hired a company called "Water Spaniels Inc. If there is a leak we will find it"

Here is their report:

Dear Sir,
We checked the pool throughly and found no leaks in the pool so traced the pool source to the outside and through the yard, we found a dam build on the other side of the yard that would inhibit the water from flowing into the pool. If there has been excessive usage of water in the last day or two that would explain why the pool is losing water.

Stinky Pete, It has to be all the water Wilson is using in his super soaker! And the girls have built a dam!!! We have to figure out what to do about that dam!

We needed to come up with a plan to get the girls out of the way. Clyde suggested that Wilson rile up the girls and get them to chase him while we demolished the dam. Spuds showed up just then with some rope and a plan on how to demolish the dam. Now all we had to do is get rid of the girls! Clyde went to check to see what the girls were doing and came back to tell us they were making plans to go to Wal-Mart, perfect, now we would have our chance to get rid of that dam! Webster grabbed some rope he found in the garage and we all headed down to the dam. I climbed the tree with one end of the rope and threw the other end of the rope over the biggest branch. Cletis, Otis Bubba and Wilson volunteered to go in the water and tie the other end around the biggest branches of the dam. Otis Bubba got a little distracted swimming after a beaver but they finally got the rope tied around the biggest part of the dam. Clyde stood guard on the ground and I kept watch for the girls from my perch in the tree while the rest of the boys started to pull on the rope to dislodge the logs. As they were pulling they realized that the rope was a bungee rope! All of a sudden the dam gave way and the logs and Cletiswent flying!!! We heard something break at the Dream House and after they went to investigate found out it was another window and a flower box! Stinky Pete and I ran over to the Dream House to see and cleaned up what we could.

After the excitement of breaking another window and the window box we realized that we were going to have to pay to get them fixed. Wilson came up with the idea of a kissing booth but he didn't want to be the one getting kissed and no one else was volunteering, then I got an idea, Wilson is the one the girls alway blame so he could use his stunt double! we'd make lots of money and no one would get kissed. MOL

While we were planning the kissing booth Clyde came running up to tell us that the girls were back from Wal-Mart and boy were they mad, so we all took off for the Bunker. On our way we ran into Cherry. She told us she would try to get us another window and scolded us for getting in trouble again. The next day we found the new window and flower box, the window was plexiglass!! Now why didn't we think of that!!?!

July 30, 2007 - Continued

On Sunday Cletis ran into the Bunker to Tell Ringo that Wilson followed him into the Dream House while he was making his security rounds and got lock in when Ringo locked the door and left. Wilson panicked, jumped through a window and broke it and took off on his bike when the girls came in a found him and demanded that he kiss them or they wouldn't let him out.

When Stinky Pete got to the Bunker on Monday and found out what happened to Wilson he suggested that we make a safe room for Wilson to hide in, but we figured that as hyper as Wilson is he wouldn't stay in a safe room anyway. We decided that the only thing left that would appease the girls was to fix it window for them. Now the problem with that is we had to get the window from Home Depot to the Dream House and all we had was Stinky Pete and Otis Bubba's little wagon.

While we were discussing how to get the window to the Dream House Cletis got a phone call saying that Tater's house was on fire!! It was real scarey and we were real worried but Tater and his mom and dad got out safely. Here is the breaking news story:

Apartment Fire

KALAMAZOO (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – A huge fire has engulfed the Ravine Apartments on the corner of Ravine Road and Drake.

The call came around 10:30p.m. Monday night. The main building that is burning has 40 apartments.

Six fire departments are on the scene now trying to put out the blaze.

July 31, 2007

Well Tater and his family are staying with some friends for now and Wilson is still missing! We figured we better get that window fixed so the girls settle down and Wilson can come out of hiding. Sweet Cherry brought us a new window and fixed up the damage that Wilson did on the inside of the Dream House it seemed like everything was going to get back to normal, that is if there is a normal with Wilson around.

The Plan

Since we've been having so much trouble keeping the girls out of the bunker we came up with a plan. We have a shed on the other side of our yard from the bunker, so we decided to clean it out and fix it up for the girls. And now they will have their own place to hide out and not stink up the bunker with their perfume and they won't be kissing on us all the time either.

We all gathered on Tuesday to start cleaning the shed and get ready to do the remodeling. When we were all done cleaning and everyone went home to rest, Webster made a list of the supplies we needed and who should get them and left it nailed to the wall in the shed for everyone to see.

Wilson was in charge of the money to pay for things because he had the fine money.

On Wednesday Stinky Pete and Otis Bubba got their nails and Stinky Pete pulled them over in their wagon. It was a big job for a little pup but he rose to the occasion!

I didn't think about using the wagon so I carried my flowers and plants all the way from Home Depot, boy was I tired when I finally got them to the shed!

Just as Ringo and Webster got there, Wilson, Cletis and Tater pulled up in Tater moms truck with the plywood and sheetrock. After it was all unloaded we were sitting around having a cold Pupsi and waiting for Clyde and the 2x4s we all realized that no one had heard from Clyde all day. So we decided we better go get the 2x4's ourselves. Tater drove Cletis , Wilson , Webster and Ringo back to Home Depots to get them. After they got back we found out that Tater borrowed his mom's truck without asking and Wilson took a piece of gum that he found on the floor of the truck. When we were all done unloading the truck, Tater took the truck right home before his mom could find out it was gone but someone TOLD before he got there! BOY did they get in trouble! Our Mom and Pop lectured Ringo and Webster real good, but didn't ground them because they didn't know until after they rode to Home Depot with the guys. We didn't hear from Wilson, Cletis and Tater all day Thursday so we figured we better do the remodeling the best we could without them. Lucky for us Spuds, Stinky Pete and Otis Bubba showed up to help. We finally got the "Girls Dream House" finished and Cherry painted it for us during the night.

We found out Thursday night that Wilson, Cletis and Tater got grounded until they could replace the gas they used and the piece of gum that Wilson took. Spuds found out and found some good lawyers that would work for bones so we all gathered bones for the bailbonesman. I did chores for mom to earn money to buy gum and Ringo made a deal with Pops for him and Webster to keep the lawn short if he would give them some gas to give to Tater's mom.

Saturday we finally had the gas and gum. We used Stinky Pete and Otis Bubba' s wagon to pull it over to Tater's house. After we got back to the Bunker Tater's mom came over to tell us that Tater was missing!! She said that he took a stick and his bandanna and left a note, "I want a bed, Gramma loves me best!", I guess after Tater got grounded and his mom got a new couch and threw out the old one that Tater slept on, he got mad and ran away! It wasn't long before Wilson, Cletis and Tater showed up at the Bunker. Tater made it to grandma's house and was going to spend the night.

Finally everyone was together at the Bunker again so we decided to fry the steaks that Cherry
brought for us. I got the grill lit while Stinky Pete got the steaks ready. Wilson then surprised us with a gift, a goat to keep that grass short, now Ringo and Webster don't have to graze on it to keep it short!!! What a cool present! Webster gave Wilson a horn for his bike that he found in the garage, so Wilson decided to go take a ride. We all just settled down to enjoy our steaks, when all of a sudden Katie shows up! Webster shared a little of his steak with her because he is sweet on her and just as she was leaving Jezzie shows up!!! Geez, you'd think we'd just spent all the time building the Girls Dream House for the neighborhood rabbits! Well of course we have to give Jezzie some steak too. She does bring us some pretty awesome baked goods you know. Next thing we know here comes Tallulah looking for some steak because she saw Katie and Jezzie with some. After most of the guys went to bed Roxie Doxie showed up looking for steak, so of course we had to give her some, while she was getting her steak, Ringo wrote her a ticket and then Cletis escorted her to the door. While all of this was going on Ringo, Cletis a Wilson were busy issuing tickets and fines! We have to raise money somehow! MOL

Saturday Night Fishing!

Saturday night we went fishing in Otis Bubba's new boat, a few of us caught fish, it was great! Stinky and I found out that worms were really tasty but the other guys said we couldn't eat too many because we needed them for bait, after awhile Bruti stopped by to take part in a little fishing, he swam out to the boat so we wouldn't have to pull the anchor and go pick him up.

We were telling jokes, eating the sandwiches that sweet Cherry brought for us when all of a sudden we spotted eyes peeking at us from behind some bushes!, It was Jezzie , she followed Bruti and was spying on us! Wilson and Ringo warned her that Ringo would write her a ticket but she swam out to the boat anyway and tried to bribe Ringo with treats! So he wrote her a ticket with a double fine of $200 because she was trespassing AND tried to bribe an officer. While all of this was going on Stinky was chowing down on the food, boy for being so little he sure can eat. MOL Several of us got kissed by Jezzie but I'm not sure who because of all the commotion.

After Jezzie left we decided to head back to the bunker to make sure no other girls broke in. Just as Otis pulled up the anchor Clyde showed up but decided not to fish so we headed back to the bunker. We cleaned the fish and Stinky started to cook them for us. We were sitting around waiting for the fish to get done when all of a sudden Katie showed up! Ringo wrote her a ticket for trespassing , she kissed Webster several times before she left. Stinky almost forgot the fish and we almost had burned fish, but it was just nice and crispy.

While we were eating our fish Rascal came to hang out with us. Just as we thought we were rid of all the girls we heard giggling and smelled perfume stinking up our bunker, we found Katie and Roxie Doxie hiding in the hallway! It seems they were all getting in by wading into the cave where the water comes in. Ringo wrote a ticket for Roxie Doxie .

After all the girl invasions we decided we needed to all get some sleep and try to figure out how we can make the security better.

Saturday Night Meeting

Saturday night we had a meeting about security. Wilson , Otis Bubba , Ringo , Webster , Stinky Pete , Dusty and Cletis were there, Clyde had stuff he had to do so he came later and Tater couldn't be there. Wilson came up with this plan to ticket and fine any girls that came into the bunker, they would get a $100 fine each time they in snuck into the bunker! It was voted on and we all agreed that it was a good plan. We also decided that we would buy stuff for the bunker with the money we collected. Because Ringo is the Chief of Security he will be writing the tickets with Cletis' help, because he is a police dog, and Wilson will be in charge of collections if they don't pay. The meeting was brought to a close and we all decided it was time to go fishing!

Security Breach at the Bunker

Friday night we had a pawty at the BOYS ONLY BUNKER. We were having a great time roasting peanut butter marshmallows when all of a sudden a GIRL snuck into our bunker and crashed our pawty! Ringo and I felt real bad because we were in charge of security and were pawtying with the boys instead of watching the door. Sassy surprised us all and tried to kiss on poor Wilson and Webster , they were so embarrassed! Otis Bubba tried to get us to the boat but there was so much commotion that no one knew what to do . Stinky Pete was going to trip Sassy's dad by running between his legs, because Sassy said her dad was going to come after us. MOL We can't have the girls sneaking into our bunker like that, something has to be done!

Update:
Ringo and I came up with a plan and it's almost done now, we put in a big old security door that you can see on Webster's Page with a separate entrance for Wilson so he can run in and out a bazillion times a night because he is so hyper. MOL

BOYS ONLY BUNKER

I went to the pawty at the BOYS ONLY BUNKER on Friday night, I helped Tater guard the bunker so no girls could sneak in and so my brofurs Ringo and Webster could pawty with their furends.

It was pretty cool, there are lots of mice and bugs to hunt down there and the boys had Lizard races, although I got a little carried away and ate one before the race was finished, sorry Tucker , but I caught him a nice big fat rat to replace it. MOL

Although Tater and I did our best to keep the girls away, several of the boys still got kisses and some of us got threatened that they would find the bunker and get us too! Lucky for me that none of the girl cats even know where the bunker is!

Today I was out snooping around in moms garden and found a nice ripe dead mouse, I found it just in time too because just then Tater yelled that there was a girl trying to break in by digging in from the back!, well I grabbed that dead mouse and ran to where the girl was and chased her with the dead ripe mouse. I guess she won't be kissing any on the boys for awhile.
