Arrival Story:
Barbie, our beloved cocker spaniel that is now in doggy heaven had found him. We were in a petstore and Barbie kept pulling me to this strange shoe box, standing on the lowest shelf. So, eventually I gave in to Barbie's demands, opened the box and was completelly shocked: there were 3 full grown cats stucked upon each other in the box. They were filthy, hungry and smelly of urine. When we removed them, Murtas was on the bottom and he was hardly breathing. We took him home right away. His tail had no hair and we had to take him to the vet again after 3 days, because he did not go to the bathroom, at all. He spent 1/2 of the year hidding, but now he has been with us for 8 years and I cannot imagine more affectionate, loving, cuddly, tender and clean cat!!! He is picky with his food, would examine it forever, but eventually graces it with eating it... He is adorable, loving and truly joy to be owned by!
