Arrival Story:
We had just lost my first cat, Cid, he was 13 and I couldn't stand not having another cat in the house, we have 3 others. So we went to Petsmart and saw Bucky. Well I had asked if I could see him and the adoption gal said sure, open the cage and he'll come right to you and he did just that. The minute I held him I knew he was going to be part of our family. As we were filling out the paperwork for him I was on the phone setting up an appointment with our vet to have him checked out. Before we took him home we had some more errands to run and the gal said it would be fine, that he would be right there waiting for us when we got back. When we picked him up, she let us know that 3 other families said they wanted him. I can't tell you how happy we are that we were the ones to adopt him and bring him home :) When we took him to the vet he did have a cold so we got that taken care of. The vet was amazed by the size of his head and thought he was a main coon. As soon as Bucky was feeling better his personality came out and he is such a fun and kooky cat. We love him to pieces!
