Arrival Story:
My brother wanted to get another cat to be "friends with Milo." So, going to the same shelter we got Mama Kitty and Milo from, we looked for a mellow cat who would fit into our lifestyle. When we walked up to Buddy's cage, my mother said, "Hello," and surprisingly - got a meow back! When my brother and I tried, Buddy didn't respond, but when my mother tried again and again, he kept responding! When we held him, despite the environment he was in, he simply relaxed, purred, and loved on us. We knew then he would fit in just fine.
We decided on the name "Buddy" when my brother called him his "little buddy" on the ride home.
Bio:
Buddy is an odd little cat. He's always purring, no matter what. He LOVES me and my mother and also comes when his name is called.
