Minuet got her first senior check up this week, the blood work came back fine and her teeth don't look too bad so that Plaque Off product and brushing must be helping. However she has a flat lima bean size lump on her back that may be a lipoma or cancer but the vet cannot aspirate to test the cells until it's thicker or do anything different until it grows so I have to watch it and worry I guess. I may wait a month and just bring her in again. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks ahead of time!

My friend Minuette from Portland, OR tagged me to write 5 things I hate my mommy doing and then tag 5 others, so here it goes.
1. Vacumming, my mom likes things clean.
2. Going to the vet because of all the dogs whining on vaccine days.
3. Having a wet head. Mom gives wet kisses.
4. Being picked on by the other cats. They know I am mom's favorite.
5. Sharing. Especially at bedtime when I am want to be the first in line to get snuggled.

I love my mommy so much I follow her from room to room!

Halloween 2010

It's been a tough year. My boyfriend Micetto in Canada has crossed over to Rainbow Bridge but his mom was able to get help at the last minute from the Toronto Humane Society for her strays including Samson who had an eye infection and a broken jaw. We have had to move because of landlord-tenant issues, work is slowing down and mom is having a tough time finishing up school because of both. All us cats are good though.

Minuet has recovered but lost a little weight during the ordeal as well as lightened my wallet quite a bit! Sorry it has taken so long to update anyone that cares to read this but right after Minuet recovered, our new Jezzee had to go through a series of anti-biotics because of a false positive on her stool sample for giardia. I had to insist the vet do this for me even after he did not listen to me the first two times I complained about how bad her breath and stool smelled and well as her sullen personality outside of visits. Then we moved and I got a bad cold that I am still not completely over. I did learn mixing plain yogurt and mashed pumpkin in with a small bit of wet cat food every other day is a nice healthy treat for them.

Minuet is very sick!

Minuet has come down with acute enteritus. She is in the hospital for a few days now but I don't know her prognosis. From whats on the Internet, it does not seem good and I am terribly depressed! Please, anyone reading this, pray your heart out for her! Thank you!

Well, we (Minuet, Taluc, Sage and mom) had to move to Colorado temporarily but we are trying not to be so hard on ourselves. Thanks to all my Catster friends for keeping us smiling! Especially Jingle Bell from my Siamese club. Hi everyone! I have a boyfriend! His name is Micetto (little cat in Italian). He is so funny and handsome. Mommy also figured out how to put a song on my page and it is the one she used to sing us when we were kittens and scared. It still calms us down.
