Arrival Story:
Princess was left behind by her original owners because they were moving to a senior citizen community where pets weren't aloud. Instead of finding a home for her, they left her behind in the neighborhood she once called home. One day shortly after her abandonment, my path crossed with Princess's path. That day, we became each other's guardian angel. As Princess's dad says about me and Princes: she's "Mama's Mama" and I'm "Mama's Mama". Now life is one big Boc Meow :-)

Bio:
Princess is a large female cat. She is not very active but if she were a human, she'd be a counselor. She senses every single emotion that I feel. If I'm sad, she's right there beside me, making the most beautiful meow noises. If I'm happy, she's rolling on her back, making happy meow noises. I have 2 Chihuahuah mix dogs. They both came after her. She dominates both of them. No matter how often I call their names, they will not pass by her if she is near by. One more thing: Boc Boc Meow means that when Princess meows, she makes noises that sound like a chicken and then gives off a huge meow. She's quite the character.

A Meow Kind of Day

Ever get the urge to meow? Not just any meow. A big, roaring meow. A boc meow! Well, I do. And so does my human mother. She's my MaMa!! Humans think she's weird but all animals love her. When she meows, it's music to my ears. Sometimes we meow together. Every time my mama goes out of town she always calls me on the phone and leaves me a message full of meows. I just love it. One time my mama told me she was stuck in traffic on the freeway. And do you know what she and my daddy did in order to remain sane? They meowed at other people driving. Today, my mama and daddy were out driving. Mama told me that she rolled down the window and meowed at a pedestrian. Life's too short to not meow. So why don't you try it sometime? Maybe in line at the grocery store. Mama says it's fun. For all my fellow felines, meow at your k9 family members. It really confuses them and it's kinda' funny. That's all for now. Don't forget to meow!

How To Make Chihuahuas Useful

Here I was in the middle of hibernation, when all of a sudden, I was awakened by the incessant yaps of the Chihuahuas. I thought to myself, "What in the world are they yapping about so early in the morning? And how dare they disturb my hibernation!" Being that I was wide awake and quite grouchy, I went outside to check out what all the ruckus was about. As soon as I stepped outside, I saw him. How could I not recognize him, with his high pitch chuckle and his big fluffy tail? It was Mr. Fluffy Tail, our neighborhood squirrel. "Mr. Fluffy Tail," I called out, "why are you teasing these mutts first thing in the morning?? You KNOW how I need my beauty sleep!" Meanwhile, as I demanded an answer from Mr. Fluffy Tail, the Chihuahuas continued to annoy me with their yapping. When Mr. Fluffy Tail finally responded, he simply laughed and told me how he couldn't resist teasing the gullible Chihuahuas. Of course, I couldn't fault him on that; the Chihuahuas are easy entertainment. "Next time, could you wait for me and we'll taunt the Chihuahuas together? That'll be far more entertaining, don't you agree?" After Mr. Fluffy Tail agreed with me, I walked towards Radar and Dasher. As I walked toward them, I made my ears go back, stuck my tail straight up, and made my eyes look as if they were going to pop out and grab the shivering creatures. Before I was able to swat my paw at them, they both ran away with their tails between their legs. Such a hysterical sight! Well, that was just about 15 minutes ago and so now, I believe they should be on edge for at least 48hours. By then, Radar and Dasher should be good and ready to bring me more entertainment. For now, that gives me time to get back into hibernation. Good sleep to all.

The Goofballs

*Yawn*I hardly have any energy today to type out a diary entry. You see, my human mother brought in a couple of K9 house guests which requires a lot of management on my part. They're going to be here for 2 whole days! In order to ensure that the visiting K9's don't enter my office, I have to prepare for their stupidity, i.e. sniffing, chasing, licking, eating MY food, going after my litter box, etc. These K9's, the Goofballs, are nothing like the Chihuahuas. Radar and Dasher are completely under my control and would not dare think of disturbing my peace. Since the Goofballs aren't around too often, I have to strike out my claws and show off my fangs when they are visiting in order to keep them out of my territory. Fortunately, all of the yapping creatures are outside right now....so I have a moment to rest. Now I must cease typing in order to get some beauty sleep. I shall type again soon.
