Arrival Story: Boysie was a rescue cat who came to us first as a foster cat but decided to stay with us as he took a liking to our house and from November 1995 he was ours. Before he was with us he lived at a home that helped people become rehabilitated after they'd had strokes but as there were a lot of smokers there it was giving him a bad chest. We took him home, gave him lots of TLC and menthol oils and soon he was a big, healthy cat. He used to beat all the others up and peed up the curtains whenever he thought we weren't looking.
Bio: He was cremated on the 16th April 2004 as he had died about a week earlier. He had an over-active Thyroid which made him incredibly thin towards the end and he hardly ate anything even though we had him on a special Kidney friendly diet and when he started to sway when he walked, we knew it was time for him to go and join his brothers and sister at Rainbow Bridge.
