I Went Missing for Awhile

Well we had a very bad thunder storm the other day, which is very unusual around here, anyways I got really really scared, which doesn't happen very often either. I was outside when the storm started, the electricity went out and everything. I ran into the woods by my house and went missing for a couple of hours. Mom was frightened half to death because I usually stay around the house when I go outside and I only stay out there for a few mintues. Mom looked all around town for me calling out my name and finally at 11:30 in the night I appeared. Mom said I looked bewildered, looked like I saw a ghost or something, normally I'm pretty cool and calm but that night I was like a different cat. I'm not use to the loud sounds of the thunder I think thats what scared me, I'm not really sure. I hope we don't get anymore storms anytime soon. However on the positive side, I have been recieiving lots of love and kisses from my mom. I pretend that I don't like kisses and hugs but deep down I love it, I purr really loud when mom does it. Plus mom has been giving me more treats, however Pepper tries to eat them all. Darn cat he eats everything, Anyways I must go and sleep and then sleep some more. Meow and Purrs,

hot day

I'm very hot today, and cannot get comfortable. Considering that I'm all black, I find the sun to much too bear on these hot sunny days. I have been going down into the basement to cool off, but I don't like to get dirty and I'm not about too sleep on the floor so I don't stay down there long. I love to sleep on my mom's bed but its just too hot up there. Oh my I can't wait until the fall comes and I can rest better.

A Bad Day

My mommy's aunt stayed over my house and slept in my bed. They wouldn't even let me come in and sleep there. I mean I was willing to share the bed with them. People!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they brought little people with them and they chased me around the house and pulled on my tail. I had a bad day yesterday. My brother pepper hid in under the bed the entire day because those little people scared him so badly. I'm not use to kids or strangers. Lets hope today is much better.
